Klaushuus - fabulous views, great location

Whilst simple in design and furnishings, the Klaushuus boasts one of the most magnificent settings on the island. From the living/dining room and the spacious south-facing terrace you have beautiful and unobstructed views of meadows with horses, pheasants and rabbits and the forest. Stroll through the woods and dunes and you'll reach the beach in 10 minutes, Nes village is a 10-minute walk or short bike ride and the great beach restaurant Sjoerd is also only 10 minutes away on foot.

Lupin

Modern ingerichte studio in het centrum van watersport dorp Grou. De studio is gelegen in hartje Grou. Wanneer je de deur uit stapt sta je direct tussen de terrasjes en winkels, loop nog +/- 100m verder en je staat bij het Pikmeer waar je mogelijkheden vindt om een (zeil)boot te huren. Plof na een leuke dag in de omgeving neer op de bank of buiten in de beschutte en zonnige tuin op het zuiden. Vanuit de woonkamer stap je in de slaapkamer met een ensuite badkamer met een regendouche.

Lyts Kastieltsje, a quiet cottage in an orchard

Lyts Kastieltsje is a short walk from the Waddenzee, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the largest tidal area on Earth. The cottage was once part of the cooling barn for the old fruit farm. It is surrounded by just over a hectare of gardens, orchards and meadow which provide a home for our three sheep, bees and many species of birds. The orchards contain plum, quince, medlar and different varieties of apple and pear trees. We also share the place our dog Jack, 10 ducks and some chickens.

Dike villa with infinity view

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Het Boothuis zit meteen aan open vaarwater en is nieuw 2022 modern ingericht voor een prettig verblijf en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Hier kunt u wandelen en fietsen langs het water of door de bossen. Museum of winkelen dit is al op 3 km afstand mogelijk Tevens is het mogelijk om bij te huren visbootje / sloep/ sup/ zeilboot/ fietsen/ een laadpaal voor laden van de auto/ hottube.

Ons Tiny House is een sfeervolle oase, ideaal voor max vier personen, zoals een gezin of een kleine vriendengroep, die samen een unieke ervaring willen delen. Het combineert compacte charme met moderne luxe. Hoewel het een compacte ruimte is, is elke centimeter slim en met zorg ingericht om een gezellige, warme sfeer te creëren waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Hoewel de ruimte knus en slim ingericht is – typisch voor een Tiny House biedt het alles voor een gezellig verblijf.

Logement Smederij Sterk

Logement “Smederij Sterk” is gevestigd in de oude stadssmederij van J. Sterk. Het monumentale pand dateert uit 1907 en ligt midden in de binnenstad, vlakbij musea, restaurants, gezellige winkelstraatjes en het station. Het logement heeft een eigen opgang, een woonkamer met eigen keuken, een slaapkamer en een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Het logement heeft uitzicht op en grenst aan een prachtig plein waar je ook heerlijk buiten kan zitten.

The view from the holiday villa Sudersee is unique - as is the location in Waterpark It Soal. You live on a quiet, well-kept property within walking distance to the IJsselmeer beach and the marina. The cottage has a south-west orientation so you can enjoy the midday and evening sun on the terrace. From your own private jetty you can jump directly into the water and then relax and sunbathe on the loggia. Guests can relax in the large garden.

Warthog Family is a unique holiday home, reminiscent of a small village. 'This village' is equipped for 1 to 5 people and is all alone for you an your partner, your family or your couple of friends! Warthog Family is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest on our nature campsite. This holiday home is approximately 20m2 in size and consists of three separate cottages. The cottages are connected by a spacious wooden terrace of 15 m2.
