Monthly Rentals in Middletown

Everything was top notch, pictures don't do the location justice. The ambiance is peaceful quiet fresh air beautiful views, the house is as listed and more, You get what you paid for. Leena is an amazing person very responsive and very hospitable. Don't think twice just book you will not be disappointed.

Perfect space for 2 humans and a pup. We were specifically looking for a fenced yard — not easily searchable on Airbnb — and feel fortunate to have found this one. A quiet little community, not too far from Skyline Drive. The cottage was very clean and inviting, and Michelle was truly hospitable and quick to respond to questions. We were glad to have brought along a 20 ft training lead for our dog to drag in the yard because the fence boards in some spots were spaced widely enough to slip through if she had wanted (she’s 40 lbs). Free roaming chickens next door kept us somewhat watchful, but mainly we were all thrilled for a spacious area where she could run. Parts of the yard were very soggy during our stay, so we regretted not having brought a few towels for paws and waterproof shoes for ourselves (unsure if this is seasonal/weather dependent or more of a perpetual drain field). Also needed to watch out for holes here and there in the grass. But all in all, a great fit for our needs!

central location for NP and surrounding towns, clean and accommodating. Would stay again.

The cottage was very clean and cute inside. Bed was comfortable and shower was cleaned. The property was very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the deer at night. Layne checked on us a couple times via Airbnb messaging and encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions. The market at the beginning of the property has great cookies!
