We had a lovely few days at Bev’s place. Such a good location, we managed to park on the Green, left the car there for the three days and explored Richmond on foot, enjoyed walking by the river. Bev’s place had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, well decorated and the welcome treats a bonus. If we are in the area again, would not hesitate to book with Bev again. Thank you!.

A very comfortable apartment that is ideally located for easy access to Yarm high street. Debby's instructions were very easy to follow in terms of finding and gaining access to the apartment. As the accommodation is set back from the main road, it is very quiet. I did not hear any noises from adjacent residents. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend the apartment for anybody looking to stay in the area.

After how I've spent 2 weeks, I don't even know what to say as everything is perfect and not a single problem. I would say, I am the lucky one choosing this house out of many other house available in Airbnb as I feel like I am staying in my home. I still miss the place as it is quiet and so special. Everyday I work around albert park, such a peaceful place. Walking distance to Teesside university. Overall, its a great staying here and the owner is very responsive, helpful and friendly.

This place is near to the beach and a short walk into town. It has all basic facilities for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable if a bit soft.

Excellent accommodation with an amazing view. The apartment was immaculate and very modern and well presented it had everything we required. The bed was so comfy. It’s a great location to restaurants and it’s such a quiet and peaceful place with great parking. There is also a lift which was handy. Instructions were very good for check in and check out and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!

Claire and her family were lovely. our stay was last minute and they were so helpful - letting us use the leisure facilities as we wanted. we had chocolates and biscuits on arrival. tea,coffee,sugar were provided along with towels. dog friendly too with nice walks in the village. beds were comfy and house was super clean. it's a great place to celebrate an event with friends and family

Me and my girlfriend were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Manor. We had the hot tub suite and it was perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it felt like we were at home. I especially enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be looking to return again and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

Amazing hosts went above and beyond our expectations when celebrating our best pals 25th ! They decorated the whole place for her and made it a really special experience will definitely be back ! Brian and Jennifer are the warmest people you will meet and welcomed our wee sausage dog into the garden !
