We loved staying at the Cottage. It was cosy, decorated in a modern yet sympathetic style. The host left fresh baking to welcome us, along with other farm fresh goods for our use. Wonderful all round!

We simply LOVE this place. The house is tastefully renovated, the surrounding offers plenty of beautiful walks and Georgie and Duncan are the best hosts one can ever ask for. We had our food and books with us so didn’t need our car for the whole time here. The views from the house, from sunrise to sunset to the overwhelmingly starry night were way worthwhile our little detour from Dunedin to Queenstown. Even the drive to and from the house was one of the best of our 2 weeks South Island road trip.

Nestled on a tranquil and peaceful mountain, surrounded by rolling grassland, built on a cliff with a stunning sea view which is accessible after climbing up a grassy slope behind, this place needs you to step outside to enjoy nature. We had a great sleep in the small cozy room. Besides basic breakfast, the owner, Greg, also provided us with freshly baked bread, which goes perfectly with butter and jam. His cat is super meek and gentle. Unfortunately, it was rainy and hazy the next day - no chance to see the sunrise from the seaside. The tunnel beach is temporarily closed, a bit of a bummer. However, it can be an option for escaping from city buzz, especially when the weather is nice.

Had a wonderful stay at Prasad's place. The accommodation was very neat and tidy and Prasad was lovely and made the process very easy and convenient. Would happily stay again!
