Monthly Rentals in Middle Torch Key

It was our first time in Marathon and we loved staying here! A true hidden gem. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Every detail was thoughtful and cozy. Most of all clean, new and modern. The neighbors were friendly and the shared outdoor areas were built for relaxation. We will definitely stay here again! This is our second year staying at Jana’s. We love the house and hot tub. Comfortable living. The covered porch is our favorite for morning coffee, and all meals. We sat out there and could find sun or shade. Plenty of living space, well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms. Loved our morning walks in the neighborhood. We really like the location especially with square Grouper and its coffee shop right around the corner. Great place to stay.

This home was the perfect getaway for my family of 6. We reserved it for the whole month of July. The house was nice, there were some ants (common for tropical settings) and Mary had a pest control company out the next day to take care of it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the patio was the perfect place to sit out and relax. They provided a lot of amenities, floats and even a kayak! We enjoyed playing corn hole in the evenings and walking to the park just a 5 min walk away. I would highly recommend this place to any friends. The only negative thing about the home was the dog hair in the home if you have an allergy I wouldn't recommend this space. It wasn't excessive just needed a better cleaning under furniture, baseboards etc but for the price and the location I would highly recommend this place if you're considering it!

Being my first time in the Keys, I wanted to experience EVERYTHING. The house is "centrally" located allowing me to run up to Key Largo for a day at John Pennekamp or down to Key West for some fun. In-between, there were numerous beaches, State Parks, swimming holes, restaurants, and Tiki Bars. The house was well stocked with items I might need for a day or two until I got to the grocery store and was comfortable to relax in when I was working remotely. I would book here again.
