Monthly Rentals in Middle Park

This place is an absolute gem and HIGHLY recommended. Spotlessly clean and new. Lots of amenities, everything works! Private and quiet. Close to the beach and local coffee shops and restaurants. Was absolutely spot-on for me - fit the bill 100%. And Samantha and Bernard were the perfect hosts. Friendly and accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. They couldn't have done more to make my stay a pleasant and easy one. It helps more than you know. Thanks guys - I will most certainly be back, availability allowing!

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

A clean and comfortable sanctuary conveniently located in a lovely leafy suburb only one street back from the beach. A flat easy walk to cafes and restaurants (5min) or into St Kilda (15min). A tram stop out the front of the apartment makes it easy to get into the city (20min) to explore more of what Melbourne has to offer. Amber was a great host and very responsive with helpful information and suggestions.

I can’t say enough positive things about my time @ Florence 5!! For anyone who might be on the fence about renting any of the units in this building - don’t hesitate - book it with total confidence that you will be glad you did!! It is a truly special place - managed by truly special people!! The unit itself was exactly as advertised, but it was the little extra touches that really took it over the top: high quality bathroom toiletries, excellent linens and my personal favorite - design / decor books that made it easy to completely ignore the TV (one doesn’t run into Bauhaus books just anywhere! ;-). Then there is Gary and his team - > they couldn’t have been more professional and accommodating! Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly (even when it was clearly “after hours”). I am already expecting to return - not just because Middle Park is a truly special part of Melbourne, but because this unit + Gary and his team make it more than just another “stay”.
