Boven zitgelegenheid en bedden. Eigen douche, toilet, koelkast, kookgelegenheid met oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker. Met WiFi, tv en in de zomer een air-cooler. Heerlijk zacht water door de waterontharder. Thee en koffie aanwezig, deze mogen gratis genuttigd worden. Op loopafstand diverse winkels, restaurants, supermarkt en bakker. Kinderbed en kinderstoel aanwezig, dit kost €10 per verblijf. (los afrekenen bij aankomst). Boven is een traphek geïnstalleerd. Inchecken vanaf 14.00u. Uitchecken voor 10.00uur. Het appartement is geheel privé en geschikt voor 4 personen met eventueel de mogelijkheid tot een 5e persoon. Er is een slaapkamer met aparte wastafel en ingebouwde kasten en twee slaapzolders met een hoogte van 1.80 meter. Dat is ideaal voor kinderen, maar ook geschikt voor (jong) volwassenen.

Heerlijk appartement in hartje centrum

Een nieuw en fijn luxe appartement in het centrum van Middelburg. Comfortabel bed en badkamer, hoog afwerk niveau en stijling. Het appartement is zeer goed geïsoleerd en heerlijk koel in de zomer en behaaglijk in de winter. Eigen terras met grote tafel en fijn ochtendzonnetje. Alles is om de hoek... ontbijt, bakker, supermarkt, winkels, restaurants en alle oude panden. Parkeren van auto of motor op privé binnenplaats. De zee is slechts 6 km van ons prachtige centrum. Kortom genieten!

Volg daarvoor de navigatie-instructies. Middelburg is een monumentenstad, Walcheren wordt ook wel 'de Tuin van Zeeland' genoemd.
