Great house! This may not be the exact place we stayed but Vacasa found a perfect substitute given some construction blocking access. Will certainly rent through them again.

Great experience. Large and comfortable for my large family. Great en-suite bathrooms in all the upstairs bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen where we cooked several meals. Proximity to campus was awesome!

This property is literally right on the beach. Almost every window in the house looks out onto the lake with beautiful views. We loved our stay here.

Very comfortable and homey! Matched the description and photos. Had everything we needed for a stay before family wedding in the area, but I can see a family group or group of friends being comfortable for a longer period of time for a trip. We didn’t cook, but I did notice that the kitchen was very well equipped. Host very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We recently stayed at THE ISLES Townhome for this year's golf trip in South Bend and southern MI. This was a PERFECT place for our trip. Plenty of room for us to hang out after long days of playing golf and unwind with a drink while catching up and watching sports on their TV. Everything felt upscale, from the linens to the way the house was decorated. The host was very responsive with anything we needed. Location was great; close to Eddy Commons, as well as to downtown South Bend. Can definitely safely recommend this place for your next trip to South Bend.

10/10 would recommend, very clean and spacious. The 20 minute walk to Notre Dame stadium made it very convenient.

This was a very convenient and comfortable place for our extended stay in the area. The home had everything we needed, with plenty of space for everyone. The host was responsive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. It was also a great location — nicely situated between St. Joseph and South Haven, which made traveling around easy.

We were fortunate to get to stay in this lovely condo for two weeks in late September. We felt very comfortable here, like a home away from home. All of the “extras” provided were very much appreciated. The office area allowed a comfortable, quiet remote working location and we were also able to entertain family/local friends comfortably. It was a great home base for us. There is no place like St. Joseph and Silver Beach and this condo is in a very central location to enjoy both. We hope to return next year. Lucinda's place in South Bend was a wonderful option for our family of 6, including two small children. The home was lovely and had plenty of amenities. Plenty of supplies. Very plush towels which were plentiful as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the labeling of dishes and light switches was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated. The location is close to Notre Dame and next door to St Mary's, so very convenient. Not far from downtown either. We would highly recommend Lucinda's home for your next visit to South Bend. Lucinda was very responsive when we had questions. Check out was a breeze. We will definitely be seeking out this wonderful home for our next visit to the area. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at Steven's place. It was very clean and had all the amenities. We were in town for the Sr. PGA Championship to watch our cousin play. They just happen to rent a house in the same neighborhood so it worked out perfect for us to get together without driving. Each day we walked to and from the golf course which was a huge plus. We couldn't have been any happier that we found Steven's place to stay at. I would highly recommend Steven's place is very spacious.

Comfortable and very clean townhouse for our graduation weekend. Great location for hopping back and forth from campus and for a quick trip to Trader Joe’s. Would certainly stay there again for an event/game on campus!

Great location and comfortable home with nice patio & plenty of parking. Plenty of games on hand for fam to play on rainy day. Only 5 mins from beach, mich city, and restaurants. Tricia was very responsive in providing info on local attractions and provided several pamphlets for such. We look forward to coming back later in the year and visiting the local wineries.

We had a great stay. Great for 3 families and 2 young children. Place was well laid out, well stocked, close to pool and a quick drive to the beach. It felt new and was very clean and bright. Adam was very responsive and took good care of us. My only comment would be while there is a garage, if there will be 2 SUV's, it will be tight. However, additional parking is very close and was not a huge issue. Landscaping was great, view of the marina was very nice. I would strongly recommend this condo.

This stay was SO lovely. The kitchen was well stocked, we didn’t need additional pots or pans (which we do have a travel box of, because it isn’t always the experience). We played board games, yard games, had a beach cooler, towels, chairs-everything I could need for the beach except the sunblock! Jessica is a fabulous host, her response time is near immediate-you’re not waiting for an answer, you’re just enjoying your stay. We will definitely be back!

Great townhouse! On the edge of St. Joseph but walkable to a couple restaurants and cute coffee shop. Very clean space and as described. Mike was each to reach and very responsive.

We were in town working so, didn’t get to sight see. However the property was very quiet and peaceful. Brooke and Emily are terrific hostesses . Responded very quickly when I messaged them.

This is our 4th stay at Katherine’s place. We always go for our girls weekend beach trip and it is absolutely perfect. The patios, rooftop deck, lake just over the hill—it makes up for the perfect spot. Great host communication. Flexible check in/out time. Book it!
