This apartment is a twin to our 'Pilot Lounge' airbnb located across the hall. Two adults can sleep in a dedicated bedroom on a queen bed while your third guest sleeps on a twin roll-away bed. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with a fridge, Keurig, oven, microwave and toaster plus tableware. There's a 42" TV paired with an apple TV loaded with multiple apps. Alexa provides info and light control. Two window a/c keep the place cool. Free parking is available in the adjacent public lot.

Located within walking distance to all the adorable shops, restaurants, and breweries that Downtown Miamisburg has to offer. This cute little house has a great yard and a relaxing private patio. We have totally redone the inside ...but kept all the charm! The original hardwood floors are beautiful and the tall ceilings with crown molding speak to the southern charm of the space. We have all new furniture throughout and a new, full bathroom with washer/dryer was added to the primary bedroom.
