Carmen was a wonderful host. Very close to highway 675. I needed a mixer to bake a birthday cake and she made sure I had one. Above and beyond. Very clean and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Megan's Air BnB! The house was extremely comfortable, and she truly came through on short notice, saving our anniversary. Megan was a gracious and thoughtful host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the Indian Mound Reservation with the waterfalls was just 3 minutes away—a place my wife had taken me two years ago for our anniversary! It couldn't have been better. I will definitely recommend this place a million times over! Thank you, Megan, for making our special day even more memorable!

Megan was a wonderful host and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay. If you like to walk, bike or run, there’s a nice trail very close to the building. The neighborhood was quiet and we almost never heard another tenant in the building. Overall, it was a great experience.

Kalie's place was perfect for my quick vacation. Check in was SUPER easy and flexible, all amenities listed were available, Katie was very responsive/proactive, and the apartment was comfortable. Unless you are unable to walk up stairs, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Her food recommendations were also great!

We loved staying here. The Madison was immaculately clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to any messages. It was easy to find, had good parking. It was in a nice part of town that was well lit and we felt safe; walking distance from a few great spots (Val's Bakery, Canal Street Deli, Warped Wing Brewing, The Barrel House, Dayton Beer Company) and a pathway along the river. The hosts provided great recommendations in the welcome book and even provided some local snacks. The apartment was well-styled and they added a few nice details that made it feel like home. They offered a few different ways to get coffee, one of which was freshly ground coffee/espresso downstairs in the main level lounge. This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in and would love to stay here again.

Super comfy bed, shower a little small but everything else was great!

Urban Oasis in Troy was perfect for our girls' weekend. It was convenient to the main square and the Strawberry Festival. The house is comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed for a fun weekend.

This was a great spot we stay here the night before my wedding and it was perfect clean cozy and comfortable me and my bridesmaids loved it!

My wife I had a one night stay in Troy unexpectedly and was truelly blown away by how helpful Dianne was with check in, recommendations on where to eat and have a couple drinks and how we'll the home was appointed and decorated. Within walking distance to the town Square the area was lively for a Thursday night. Also we had breakfast at Harens market which is also a butcher shop with all kinds of fresh and varied meats. We will definitely be back again!

Osayuware place was spotless and clean as described. She was very friendly and helpful with last minute accommodations. I truly enjoyed the private and peaceful atmosphere of the community. The place had everything you would need to feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying at this cozy place.

We’ve stayed at several places in the Dayton and Cincinnati area, visiting family, but this was hands down the best. So comfortable, beautiful finishes, quiet, amazing kitchen, and very spacious. There are a lot of stairs/levels, which was fine for us, but may be an issue for others. Would like to stay there again.

We stayed in unit 2 downstairs. Great parking area off the road and it was nice and quiet. If bicycling to here be aware of the hill climb out of town. There is a decent shoulder on the road but watch traffic.

Such a beautiful clean place to stay.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

Listing was just as described and it was in a nice, and quiet area. Close to everything in Fairborn! Laura’s instructions were super proactive which made the stay a breeze! Absolutely recommend, would stay again! Thanks!

Beautiful views, gorgeous house, and any questions we had were answered in 30 minutes or less. Dogs are allowed and that was a huge factor in renting her Airbnb.

Great spot and awesome host! Beautiful, clean unit and no detail is spared with towels, extra toiletries, etc.
