Vacation rentals with a kayak in Miami River

Patricia is a great host, we loved our stay, the house especially the deck is amazing.

We had such a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The outdoor space was definitely the highlight! We spent every day by the pool, and the cabana provided the perfect shady retreat when the sun got too hot. The backyard felt like a little tropical oasis, and we even had daily visits from iguanas — which the kids absolutely loved! The lighting at night made the space feel magical. Walking in late at night to find the lights on and music playing from the fridge was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch — it really set the tone for the week. The host was incredibly attentive, checking in with us throughout the week and sending local recommendations. Communication was always quick and helpful, which made everything stress-free. The location was also fantastic — a great central spot for easy day trips to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Keys, or even just to the coast for a morning sunrise. We had a great time.

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

Romy’s house was an absolute dream! We spent 14 wonderful days here and truly enjoyed all the amazing amenities the house has to offer. Everything—from check-in to check-out—went perfectly smoothly, and Romy was the best host ever! He responded quickly to messages, helped out right away whenever we had a question, and we even had the pleasure of meeting him in person when he kindly brought something over to us. We would book this house again in a heartbeat—and Romy as a host, absolutely without question! Thank you so much again for everything!

We arrived from London and NYC. The moment we arrived we instantly felt relaxed. We felt so fortunate to stay at this beautiful home. It’s impeccably maintained, full of thoughtful touches, and offers stunning views of a peaceful, tranquil lake. Five star luxury and some lovely family memories.

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the home's layout, the pool, hot tub, kayaks, wild life around the canal, outside living room, inside living room, inside dining, & outside dining area. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The pool was nice & warm. There was very little traffic in the neighbourhood and it was quiet. The home was clean and made living easy and comfortable. Grocery stores are close by. Plan for traffic delays. The kitchen sink drain line clogs easily. Don't put food down the garbage disposal. Marcelo was easy to communicate with and he was responsive. We loved seeing the variety of birds, counted iguanas sunning themselves and admired the schools of fish swimming in the canal.

I can't recommend Luciana's spot enough. Not only is the place amazing, but the host was even better. She was kind, friendly and we felt like we were right at home. I unfortunately had food poisoning during our stay and she picked me up some Gatorades as I was dehydrating the next day. That's the type of host you are getting. Just. Plain. Kind. We will be back no doubt!!
