This place was so great for me and my best friend’s trip! It was very clean when we arrived. It was comfortable and such a lovely backyard setting! The pull out bed was very helpful!

Maria was an exceptionally kind and attentive host; I really couldn't have asked for more. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. The room is small but includes all the essentials, although it doesn't have a full kitchen for cooking meals. If you're okay with not being able to prepare your own food (which I did miss), this place is perfect for you. It does have a microwave, though. The bed was very comfortable, with fresh, clean linens, and the neighborhood is quiet and residential, meaning there was no outside noise. While it was warm at night, I found it quite comfortable. Getting around with the rental car was easy. It's conveniently located near Aventura Mall, and if you're looking to hit the beach, I recommend Haulover Beach or 79th St Beach (P106 parking lot); South Beach was fine too, but a bit too crowded for my taste. I parked in the P025 parking lot, which was one of the more affordable options in South Beach, along with P021.

Andy's place was as described. in a peaceful neighborhood. friendly neighbors. walkable to Hard Rock Stadium (about 50min) perfect for 2 people. with the seperate bedroom to the living room, it make it easy for someone to fall asleep while the other can watch TV. I recommend.
