Very nice hosting by Ingrid (thank you for the delicious specialty). We appreciated the flexibility on times. Ingrid gave us all the explanations for the accommodation and surrounding activities. The home located in a quiet area was impeccable, comfortable and matches the photos. The patio is very nice and the board games available allow you to have fun when it rains. And the perfectly enclosed grounds were a real plus for our 2 dogs.

Step-free accommodation with terrace and large and green garden. We enjoyed it with our Setter Gordon. Beatrice and Michel are very welcoming and available hosts. The accommodation is clean and very well furnished (all the necessities are there) private parking in front of the house outside. It is very well located, close to Hossegor (oyster farming huts) are worth a visit, as well as Seignosse, Capbreton, Soustons, the forest and ponds with very good restaurants. We had a lovely weekend with friends in Jessica's house. The house is new, entirely faithful to the photos, the bedding is good. With two children, one of whom is a toddler, the house was perfectly suited which is really appreciated as parents! (baby bath, high chair, booster seat for the older one, games available...). Unfortunately, the weather was not good enough to allow us to enjoy the garden but the terrace and spaces are also excellent.

The place is superb and peaceful, the accommodation very well equipped, and the host very responsive, we recommend it!

A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

A spacious house, very pleasant to live in, with wood everywhere, both functional and atypical. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in the morning sun and sunset light. The outside, under the pine trees, is extraordinary ... being able to cook grills on the plancha or a wood-fired pizza while playing darts or ping pong is really exceptional. And when you get back from the beach, 10 minutes by bike, you can enjoy the outdoor shower and the sauna, also over a wood fire. What's more ... you have to come and spend a week, or 2, or 3, to understand how good we are here. Anyway ... we'll be back.

Although quite remote, the accommodation is easy to find as long as you follow the instructions provided. Then, the accommodation matches the different photos perfectly. We particularly appreciated the hospitality of Jean and Agnès who were also very discreet. We were able to enjoy the barbecue, deckchairs and hammock. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet!

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this warm and very well-equipped place in Biscarrosse. The house is not only charming, but it offers all the necessary comfort which made us feel at home. The welcome and our exchanges with our hosts were exceptional. Their kindness and availability made our stay very pleasant. The small touch of the cannelés for my husband's birthday was a delicate surprise that touched us very much. We recommend this place without a second thought for a memorable stay in Biscarrosse!

We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

A cozy little cottage close to great beaches. You can get everywhere on foot. The people of Mimizan beach ( neighbors, merchants) are super friendly.
