Everything was perfect, just a little communication problem at the beginning, since they did not respond to my messages and had not sent me the check-in information. From there on, everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, the location is real, they have air conditioning in each space which is perfect and everything is in excellent condition for your stay and comfort, it is a private community but you don't even notice the neighbors, everyone is very respectful and the common areas are clean. 10/10 🥳

Our second stay at the coto but with family this time. Everyone loved it. We had a problem with the water heater and Jessica send us someone to help us right away. She is a formidable super host and I recommend her highly.

it was perfect, just like the description, everything in order, everything they offered in their publication there was and more. Shopping center 5 min away, Playa 10 min. attention from the perfect hosts, they always answered quickly and solving or answering questions.

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

I spent a week with my parents, the ground floor was excellent for mobility problems and access to the pool. The parking lot is a few meters away, the shopping cart is great, the apartment is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. We would definitely be back. thank you so much

I loved the apartment, the stay was very pleasant, having a garden area was very relaxing, the spaces were clean, the beds were very cozy, the pool area was excellent, clean and heated, I would go back without hesitation

Great stay and cozy place

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

The place feels like home. The neighborhood is peaceful and is closed to a mall. The host gives clear instructions and is flexible with the schedule to check in. I truly recommend the place.
