You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Have the inclusive Continental breakfast downstairs at the Caffe Toscano before returning to an apartment full of eye-catching details. These include a striking mother-and-child portrait, leather chesterfield chairs, and carved-gilt mirror-frame accents. This loft is located on one of the most sought-after areas of Ciudad de Mexico. In particular, Roma Norte is known for its rich variety of restaurants, galleries, bars, and nightlife. Stock up on provisions at nearby grocery stores as well.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The first bedroom has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe; the second bedroom has air conditioning, a king-size bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen and living room, with Asian design and equipped with grill, refrigerator and microwave, are surrounded by the large terrace. Located on the third floor of an elegantly renovated Porfirian building in Roma Norte. Accessed by a hidden staircase that leads to an oasis of tranquility. Inside there are two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
