Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Sailor's Return is a beautiful Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Mevagissey and less than a minute's walk to the harbour. There are 2 king size beds situated on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and accessed via a narrow staircase with a low ceiling and may be unsuitable for children and guests with limited mobility. 1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. For just two people, Connie's Cottage stands within 250 metres of Charlestown's famous harbour and beaches and of the South West Coast Path. Stone built and with many original beams and slate floors the cottage is very characterful but has been sympathetically modernised and includes gas fired central heating. There is non-restricted car parking available immediately to the rear of the cottage however in high season it may be necessary to park in the nearby pay car park.
