This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding. For people who have trouble getting around there is a bedroom and a shower room in the ground floor. There is a folding bed and a high chair for the little ones. Located in a small village with all amenities 2.5km away. Nature lovers you can enjoy the Yonne at the end of the garden, the Canal du Nivernais 300 meters away for bike rides or walking.

You will appreciate the comfortable beds, the height of the ceilings, the seating area, the equipped kitchen. A stone's throw from the eternal hill, in the hamlet of the Bois de la Madeleine, come and relax in a quiet and green setting. The cottage consists of a living room of 30m2 with kitchen, a bedroom with bed of 140x200, a blind room with 2 beds 90x200, a shower room with toilet and a garden with terrace. We provide linens. The cottage is located in a white area, without networks, but the "countryside" Wi-Fi will help you out.
