Vacation rentals with a kayak in Metropolitan City of Venice

Io e la mia famiglia (4+1 amica) abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni nell'appartamento di Silvia. Il check in é stato molto semplice con dei videomessaggi inviati da Silvia poco prima del nostro arrivo. L'appartamento era molto pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario e in posizione ottimale sia per la vicinanza al mare(5 min. a piedi) che per le tante passeggiate in centro. Il parcheggio privato sotto il condominio è utilissimo, come anche l'ombrellone riservato in spiaggia. Graditissime le offerte di Silvia al nostro arrivo. Siamo stati davvero benissimo.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. It was the perfect mini holiday for our family. The well maintained pool was lovely, the accommodation was clean, modern and well equipped. We found shops and restaurants just around the corner from the apartment and the beach is only a few minutes walk.

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd en voelden ons meteen thuis. Het is een heel mooi ruim appartement in een authentieke Italiaanse palazzo. Prachtig ingericht, ruime kamers, de idyllische syle rivier kabbelend naast het majestueuze gebouw. De stad treviso en de trein naar Venetië ligt op wandelafstand… een absolute aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar zodra we nog eens langs Venetië reizen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Gianluca und Monica war außerordentlich . Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und wie Daheim gefühlt . Sie waren uns steht’s eine große Hilfe und haben uns auch viele Tipps gegeben wann und wie wir am besten zu den Orten kommen . Das ausleihen der Fahrräder ging einwandfrei . Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut . Es war alles dabei und vor allem auch Abwechslung . Die Zimmer waren mit so viel liebe hergerichtet und es war steht’s Blitz blank sauber . Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen :)

Wir haben 3 Nächte in diesem Apartment verbracht und es war sehr schön. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war perfekt für uns! Alles rund um das Apartment war super beschrieben, teilweise sogar mit Videos. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut und wir es wurde schnell geantwortet und gehandelt. Die Fahrräder waren für uns ein weiteres plus. Wir haben sie sehr gerne benutzt um uns in Chioggia zu bewegen. Wir sind auch schon fest davon überzeugt nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen! Danke für alles :)

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Logement très propre et idéalement situé sur la merveilleuse île de Burano. Nous avons apprécié être logés sur l'île et profiter du calme des rues à notre réveil avant l'arrivée des nombreux visiteurs. Filippo, notre hôte est une personne très disponible et très agréable. Il a toujours répondu avec une grande réactivité à toutes nos questions. Nous avons été accueillis très tard à l'arrivée du ferry et accompagnés dans le logement. Une table dans un restaurant avait été réservée pour nous et nous attendait malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée. Je recommande vraiment ce logement et cet hôte qui ont fait de notre séjour une expérience privilégiée. Merci à Filippo et sa famille.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.
