Vacation rentals with a kayak in Metropolitan City of Venice

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. It was the perfect mini holiday for our family. The well maintained pool was lovely, the accommodation was clean, modern and well equipped. We found shops and restaurants just around the corner from the apartment and the beach is only a few minutes walk.

We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. It is a really nice spacious apartment in an authentic Italian palazzo. Stunningly decorated, spacious rooms, the idyllic syle river babbling next to the majestic building. The city of treviso and the train to Venice is within walking distance... highly recommended and definitely worth repeating as soon as we travel around Venice again.

The place was amazing, comfy and cozy, it was clean and had everything that we needed. The house was well equipped. It was peaceful and quiet, but not so far from the city center. The hosts were super friendly and flexible, even suggested us where to visit the beach and where to go.

Staying with Gianluca and Monica was extraordinary . We felt welcome from the beginning and felt like at home. They were a great help to us and also gave us many tips on when and how best to get to the places. Borrowing the bikes went smoothly . The breakfast was also very good . It was all there and above all variety . The rooms were prepared with so much love and it was bright clean . We will definitely come again again:)

We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and it was very nice. The layout of the rooms was perfect for us! Everything about the apartment was super described, sometimes even with videos. Communication was always very good and we were quickly answered and acted on. The bikes were another plus for us. We loved using them to get around Chioggia. We are also already firmly convinced to come back next year! Thank you for everything :)

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

Very clean and ideally located accommodation on the wonderful island of Burano. We enjoyed being accommodated on the island and enjoying the calm of the streets when we woke up before the arrival of the many visitors. Filippo, our host is a very available and very pleasant person. He always responded very quickly to any questions we had. We were greeted very late when the ferry arrived and escorted to the accommodation. A table in a restaurant had been reserved for us and was waiting for us despite the late hour of our arrival. I would highly recommend this place and host who made our stay a special experience. Thanks to Filippo and his family.

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.
