Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et bienveillant, nous nous sommes senties à l'aise durant notre séjour. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely fantastic – very prestigious and convenient, with easy access to everything you might need. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The building felt very safe and secure, which was a big plus. Parking was also surprisingly easy to find in the evenings, which is a rare treat in such a central location. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. They even kindly allowed me to check in an hour early, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in a prime location. I would definitely stay here again!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen City Trip. Durch die zentrale Lage ist quasi alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts hat Alessandro immer sehr schnell auf meine Nachrichten reagiert. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt wirklich empfehlen.

Non voglio dire sia la casa più bella mai vista ma: bella, pulita, ben organizzata , camere e bagno ampi, tutto funzionante, lavastoviglie , lavatrice, aria condizionata , zona tranquilla con parcheggio facile , ma vicinissima al centro , raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti di passeggiata.. È stato piacevole sentirsi a proprio agio , quasi come a casa. Grazie all’host, assolutamente da consigliare .

casa Mariella è proprio CASA. Si percepisce la cura con cui è stata attrezzata per le esigenze di un nucleo familiare, c'è tutto. E' ampia, con tutte le comodità e un bel terrazzo. Ultimo piano, un po' faticoso da raggiungere. Peccato per lo stato del condominio che necessiterebbe di manutenzione. La comunicazione e il check in sono stati ottimi. E' in un palazzo del centro storico, si raggiungono a piedi le principali attrazioni di Palermo. Consiglio questa sistemazione.

Mary ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, unterstützt von Patrizia und Antonina, die sich mit einer unbeschreiblichen Herzlichkeit um die Gäste kümmern. Vor dem Aufenthalt bekommt man ausführliche Informationen zum Haus, den technischen Geräten und vor allem auch sehr gute zu Aktivitäten. Klasse! Wir waren im Dezember da und hatten großes Pech mit dem Wetter. Der große, sehr gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum mit Kletterwand, Fitnessgeräten und Sauna hat uns über die Regentage hinweg getröstet. Hier gibt es auch einen großen Wäschetrockner. Nur der Kinobereich ist im Winter zu kalt, weil der Fitnessraum nicht wirklich beheizbar ist. Die beiden, nicht miteinander verbundenenWohnungen sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und es gibt in jeder Wohnung eine Waschmaschine. Von der oberen wie unteren Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Panoramablick. Tipp: Trinkwasser kann man bei einem Wasserspender in Ciminna abfüllen.

사리씨는 체크인 전부터 숙소 도착까지 정보를 상세히 알려주었고 오는 중간에도 점검해 주었습니다. 그럼에도 내가 엉뚱한 데 도착했는데 그곳까지 와서 짐을 옮겨주고 체크인을 진행하며 숙소의 물건 사용법부터 관광 명소까지 아주 친절하고 자세히 안내해 주었습니다. 숙소의 물품은 욕실과 침실 부엌까지 모두 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘 돼 있어 전체적으로 깔끔하고 청결한 인상을 주었고, 타월도 6개나 비치해주었습니다.침실은 처음에 좀 어두워 보였지만 커텐과 창이 있어 조절가능하고 무엇보다 사진상의 거실이 매우 안락하고 실용적입니다. 부엌은 각종 주방기기가 잘 갖춰져 있고 물도 요리를 자주한 제가 1주일 쓰고도 큰병으로 3병이나 남을 정도로 많이 비치해 주었습니다. 숙소는 사진과 완전히 일치합니다. 구조상 가장 안쪽부터 화장실, 침실, 거실 순서의 직사각형 형태인데 거실이 가장 밝고 벽에 그림까지 걸려 있어 아주 아늑합니다. 싱크대 앞에 큰 원형탁자가 있어 작업이나 독서까지 다용도로 쓸 수 있고 소파도 있습니다. 그리고 엘리베이터가 있어 이동에 아주 편리합니다. 사리씨는 도착 전부터 체크아웃까지 필요한 정보가 무엇인지 먼저 확인하고 도와주었습니다. 초반 며칠은 숙소와 이 도시에 잘 적응하고 있는지, 또 여행 소감도 묻는 등 고객에 대한 진심어린 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 궁금한 정보에 대해 문의하면 바로 응답해 주고 요구한 이상의 세부 정보까지 주는 점에서 고객과 적극 소통하려는 호스트임에 틀림없고, 영어도 능통해 묻기에도 부담 없습니다. 숙소 위치는 도심에 가깝지만 상업지구가 아니어서 조용하고, 명소 어디든 거의 10분 내외여서 근교여행 때 외엔 도보로 다녔습니다. 5분 정도 가면 식당이나 카페 ,작은 가게도 몇 개 있어 식료품도 구입할 수 있습니다. 주변이 뷰가 좋은 아름다운 환경은 아니지만 시내 어디든 바로 접근할 수 있고, 피곤하면 잠시 들어와 쉬었다 나갈 수 있는 숙소입니다. 좋은 시설과 위치, 친절한 호스트 싸리씨가 호스트하는 이 숙소를 적극 추천합니다.

A great stay in the centre of Palermo! Deborah was very responsive and accommodating for us and Carmela was extremely friendly and kind. The location is amazing, very central and walkable to all the best Palermo has to offer (although quite loud). The apartment was well supplied with everything you need and was very clean. Would definitely recommend for a lovely stay. Thank you!
