Monthly Rentals in Metropolitan City of Naples

Front door opens to Via Toledo so you are right in the thick of things. You'll sacrifice quiet being in the heart the Spanish Quarter, but quiet is not why you want to stay there. Smart TV, decent wifi speeds, thick, firm pillows, and laundry in the building. Davide was very responsive to our needs and made things easy for us. Just a block away from the Toledo L1 metro stop, and a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

This place was great for our 1-month stay in Naples. Very close to Via Toledo and Pizza del Plebiscito, but in a not so crowded road, so noise was never a problem. The apartment is small but it had everything we needed, including a small balcony. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, which made our stay much more comfortable. We'll definitely consider coming back next time we come to Naples

It was very nice staying in Pasquale`s apartment (4+ weeks); it was exactly as described. Location was brilliant and being on the 5th floor has the advantage of quietness and some exercise. It was very easy to reach from the airport (15 minutes by bus and a 5-10 minute walk). Location is perfect, everything can be reached by foot and some areas are still a kind of tourist-free and the restaurants are exactly what we expected to experience. Pasquale is a real Italian gentleman; he was pro-active, always contactable and a pleasure to talk to. Whenever we are planning to go back to Naples, Pasquale would be the first point of contact for us!
