Beautiful property. Huge rooms the master bedroom was vast. Practical Beautiful location. Got to see calves being bor by the garden fence. Felt safe secure loved being there. Lauren was great couldnt ask for more

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, very clean and comfortable cottage. It was very modern, well equipped and felt very homely. Ash's communication was exceptional from the get go, providing us with all the information we needed. We cooked 2 meals there and went to the pub next door for our 3rd meal, where the staff were very friendly and the food was of a good standard. After a short drive, we were able to go on some amazing walks in the region. The countryside is quite spectacular and we were pleasantly surprised not to be charged for parking anywhere we went. Next time we go back we will definitely go to the peak of the 'Cheshire Matterhorn' (Shutlingsloe).

We had a great stay at Dan's house. The accommodation was perfect for both adults and children. The children's bedroom on the 2nd floor was delightful, with lots of soft toys, and the kitchen/dining space was perfect for eating and relaxing as a family. The house was very clean and well presented, with nice touches of biscuits and prosecco as welcoming gifts. Dan was quick to communicate, and I would highly recommend his house as a great place to stay.

Such a wonderful stay! This cottage was neat and spacious, as was the garden out back. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, felt great, and was easy to operate. Town is just a short walk through some really nice and scenic fields, with a Booths supermarket, a number of tempting restaurants, fun little shops, and interesting history all within easy reach. Really relaxing, quiet, and comfortable.

Richard's place has a lovely blend of feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere yet being only a 15 drive into thriving Buxton. It was warm, comfortable and a great size for a family get-together, with some amazing walks literally on your doorstep. We can all genuinely say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was plenty big enough for 5 of us, an added bonus of having 2 bathrooms when there's a few of you. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in, I cooked a Sunday roast there and it was lovely to have a dishwasher to take care of all the pots. Simba next doors dog was an added bonus for us he was there every morning ready for a walk in the orchard or field with us. We saw peacocks, hares and hedgehogs whilst staying here. Matthew was kind enough to show us all some hedgehogs they were rehabilitating and told us about future plans they had for the surrounding area. A very enjoyable stay for us all in the countryside

We had a lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. The Shetland pony was a fun bonus, very friendly and always on the look out for a carrot! We loved him. The beds were very comfy and all mod cons catered for. Great location to go to Chester for a day trip too. Communication from Lucy was always good.

We recently stayed for a week in this delightful cottage in Port Sunlight to see Bruce Springsteen and it was a truly wonderful experience. The property was impeccably clean, making it feel instantly welcoming and comfortable. It was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard. Speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly addressed, which added to the ease of our stay. Their attentiveness made us feel well cared for throughout. The location is what sets this cottage apart. Nestled in the heart of Port Sunlight, a village steeped in history and charm, it provided a unique setting you won’t find anywhere else. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque, perfect for leisurely strolls. Additionally, the location offered fantastic access to Liverpool by train, making it ideal for exploring the city’s attractions while enjoying a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely, spacious , well appointed cottage in lovely village. Spa shop and pub very close. Although on a main road in the village we found it quiet in the cottage. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

We booked the lodge last minute for a first little mini-break with our 4 month old baby. The grounds were beautiful, well-kept and there were lots of a lovely walks around the site. The lodge itself was perfect for what we needed, it was tastefully furnished and decorated, clean and tidy, and had all we could need. The only thing which was a bit hard work was having a stove-top kettle rather than an electric one, which took a while for making the babies bottle (just personal preference). The hot tub was so relaxing, and the waterfall shower was amazing! We sadly didn’t get to use the outdoor pool with the baby, as it was a bit cooler weather on the day we could have gone. The on-site bar was great for drinks in the sun and had a happy hour 2for1 deal. We had nice food there one evening and breakfast on our last day - only complaint was very slow service, they seemed in-experienced and understaffed, but pleasant enough. Great stay all in all and would recommend and return!

We had a great time! Gillon and his partner were communicative in advance, really helpful and welcoming when we were there, and the house was fantastic. Would definitely return and it’s a great place to stay and explore the area!

We booked last minute on Friday for our BH stay. The caravan is beautiful and private with gorgeous views over the Ribble valley. Julie and Faye were so responsive in their messages, I asked a LOT of questions haha but they were so helpful with lots of recommendations of things to do. The caravan is clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. We really loved staying there and will be booking again soon. Don’t think twice about booking! The decking facing the views was such a treat! Thanks Julie and Faye for a really lovely peaceful weekend! x

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We had a lovely few nights, children enjoyed walking and the Lego was a big winner. Everything we needed to just have sometime at a home away from home

Had a great few days over the Easter weekend. The caravan is easy to find, well equipped and spotless. Donna provided clear instructions on how to check in etc and left a little welcome gift which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay on a beautiful site. Plenty to do in the surrounding area - can highly recommend a walk at Gisburn Forest.

Really nice caravan in a lovely location, so nice being next to the park too! Great break for a rest mixed with some beautiful walks and cycling routes about a 15 minute drive from the location, or 30 minutes if you fancy going a bit further out. Lots of extra little touches which make life easier I.e fresh towels, soaps and hair dryer, cleaning products and what not. Stress free break! Highly recommend

We absolutely love this place. Our second visit didn’t disappoint and we will definitely be back. Literally everything provided, host quick to answer queries, local co op for anything you don’t take, stunning scenery, lovely walks and a fabulous hot tub to end the day. Just perfect 👌

Such a lovely place, had a nice girly weekend for my hen do with my bridesmaids and maid of honour and the hosts were really sweet. They were happy to co-ordinate with my maid of honour so the whole thing was a really nice surprise and it was overall really private and peaceful with such stunning views. Would highly recommend and think we will definitely be booking again 🤍

The most perfect place to stay for the Peak District. The location is ideal if you are wanting to explore & have amazing walks. The house was so helpful fully equipped with more than the basics - easy to live in and helpful for cooking. The host was so helpful and we had super easy communication. The area was so quiet and peaceful, gorgeous garden & very comfortable beds. Also not far to Castleton which is a gorgeous village

What a little gem! Beautiful boat in calm peaceful surroundings and was the perfect birthday surprise for my partner. Everything was clearly explained and loved all the little touches around the boat - relaxing under fairy lights and watching the world go by on the deck with the feathered neighbours was just perfect. We will definitely be return visitors!

Jennifer's place was the perfect base for our weekend. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming home. Jennifer was very friendly and responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Peacock hut in Diggle with absolutely stunning views. The hut was everything we could have wished for. It’s very well equipped, has a super comfy bed & a nice hot shower. Lovely walks nearby & would definitely recommend a trip to Diggle Lock cafe. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place if you’re after a nice relaxed break. We’ll be back again & hopefully this time it won’t be raining & we can make use of the bbq & fire pit.

Emma's cottage is totally gorgeous, very cosy and comfortable. Great walks from the door step as well.

Superb location and a lovely room. My only concern was that I did feel exposed with the large glass doors, but Hayley explained that they were coated and although I could see out, they couldn't see in. It was a great place to stay and very good value.
