The view was gorgeous and very peaceful. Laura could not have been kinder and we had a lovely stay.

What can be said about this single-family house overflowing with objects of yesteryear, rooms to discover, and its surprising terrace, overlooking the roofs of this medieval mini-city with a few souls. What can I say about Simone, who is deeply kind, ready to find you good deals if necessary, and to bring you fresh cherries picked by her. Really, I recommend it!

A truly wonderful property, the views were incredible, especially from the bath. An amazing pool and deck area captured the sun from dawn til dusk. Our hosts were perfect, helpful, attentive but never intrusive. All in all this was a perfect experience. We cannot recommend it (and them) enough!

The apartment exceeded our expectations beginning with the warm welcome in the parking garage by Gianluca who helped us park and who carried our bags up the two flights of steep stairs. It was a great surprise when we arrived to receive a bottle of local wine and an appetizer of focaccia and pesto as a welcome gift to celebrate our 20th anniversary! We felt right at home in the beautifully renovated apartment in the center of PV with an incredible water and harbor view. Gianluca answered all our questions quickly. He even replaced our iron with a brand new one when I mentioned ours didn’t work. After 10 nights in PortoVenere we hated to leave! We will be back!

Location, location, location! If you’re looking for a secluded, peaceful spot that’s still within walking distance to restaurants and beaches, this place is perfect. Virginia was a wonderful host—super responsive and thoughtful. She even got us a parking pass for our car, which was a huge help. The view is stunning, and the area is quiet with plenty of shade, plus a sunny area below if you want to soak up the sun. The full kitchen was a great bonus. The town itself is charming—quiet with lots of great restaurants. And the beach? Amazing. When you walk down from the house, head left of the port where the boats come in—that stretch is all soft sand with no rocks in the water. Highly recommend this stay!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

My husband and I Stayed here for 3 Nights! And we had a wonderful time with an awesome view and really amazing regional homecooked food. It’s very private and Silvia is a very careful Host. The road to the Apartment is a bit adventorous but with our SUV no Problem. We can 100% recommend this Location if you want to spend some quiet days and Explore Cinque terre which is 1 Hour Drive. Casarosa is a vacation house with the warm feeling of a home. Upon entering through the main gate, you are left speechless by the spectacular view. Once you recover from that and look in the opposite direction, you can see the beautiful garden with the pool, everything perfectly maintained. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-organized. Everything was very clean. Casarosa has everything necessary for your stay. We lacked nothing, Cristiana thought of everything. But now let's talk about the decoration; the house is beautifully decorated with love for details. All the spaces are in harmony and transmit peace. Cristiana personally welcomed us and showed us everything we needed. She even gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Even after check-in, Cristiana was always available if we wanted to know something. We spent some incredible days in this place; our teenage children were also fascinated by the cool Insta-Spots they found in Casarosa.
