Very nice contact, Julia is always helpful and responds quickly. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean, just a nice apartment. Nice and bright, nice balcony. Parking right by the house. My French family was thrilled and will stay there again on their next visit. Absolutely recommended!

We had a lovely (short) stay. Everything as shown in the pictures and super lovingly furnished, even bathroom items were available.

Mark was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was simple and clean with everything I needed. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights and felt very comfortable. You'll quickly get used to climbing the ladder to get into bed. Fully equipped for longer stays. Nice contact.

Very clean, very complete, everything works, very spacious place (complete house ‘Ferienwohnung’). Highly recommended as resting place for trips in environment ( including Enschede, The Netherlands). We hope to come back again in the future.

Charleen was great she helped us out with a missing toy from our daughter, rapidly fixed a problem we had with the shower and was all in all a great host. The apartment was great.

We had a lovely stay in Haus Bilk. Everything was neat and clean and a wonderfully large bed. A nice quiet area for cycling and hiking. Communication was good and Hans gave us tips for nearby attractions. There was also a lot of information through brochure material in the house. Very complete.

A great Airbnb experience! The accommodation was really well equipped and I felt very comfortable right away. I had a health emergency and Josef and his daughter literally saved me! They totally accepted me, drove me to the hospital and even waited for me! Not only a great place to stay with everything you need, but also really humanly great hosts! In this sense, a huge thank you again and I will definitely be back!

Fantastic place that I’d happily use again if in the area. Amenities are local to it, great places lace to have a relaxing walk along the river and every facility you could need was provided. Excellent location and apartment. Highly recommended

What a lovely house, with beautiful roof terrace and a lovely hot tub. We greatly enjoyed it and everything met our expectations. Martin responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Münster and surroundings from a quiet and beautiful house. All shops, butcher, bakers and bakeries are within walking distance. In short, everything was great!

A very nice apartment with really great amenities. Check-in & communication went absolutely smoothly, the gym + hot tub are a real highlight. Also, the apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything important. I will certainly come back, thank you for the lovely stay!

There were three of us and we had a lovely stay. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. The jacuzzi only has three seats, but it would also be possible to use it for four. The host has always been available. I would book the place again

It was a really great stay. The surroundings were very quiet. Mario was always easily accessible, super hospitable and accommodating. The accommodation had my expectations more than met. Both the apartment and the garden are super nice and large and very well maintained. It's really worth a stay.

The communication with Phil was quick, exemplary and super nice. When there was a short problem with the jacuzzi, he came right by to clarify everything. After that, he ran flawlessly again.
