We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

The Villa is furnished with the highest quality finishes and completely renovated. Outside there is a beautiful barbecue, a large table, a full kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with a hob and a fridge.
