We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Loved our stay. We were hosted well and the host actively helped us. As much for our arrival, for our departure but also for the activities and restaurants. The rental matches the photos very well. We would highly recommend it.

Emaculate spacious area that is close to everthing you want to see in Venice while providing an easy to find quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Cose to several great restaurants and the kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat out. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Huge design apartment: independent private entrance with its own lovely courtyard. Quiet and optimal area. Very nice apartment, renovated with fine finishes. The two bedrooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed, separated by a central area where there is a kitchen/living room. Each room has its own TV and bathroom. Really nice bathrooms, equipped with every comfort. Kitchen with glasses for water and wine, equipped with ladles of all kinds. Small tea cups without saucers The kettle didn't convince me. I really missed having a small microwave to heat things up quickly without having to turn on the induction or, worse, the oven, which consumes so much more and is so much slower. It seems that the kitchen was not given the same attention to detail as the rest of the house. Very nice interior lighting. Nice place. Highly recommended.

Elean welcomed us at the alilaguna stop, where we unfortunately arrived late, due to a flight delay. Very friendly host, impeccable accommodation, small cookies offered on arrival with coffee, bottles of water in the fridge and even the small first aid kit, band-aids, toothbrush! Incredible. Elena is a caring and smiling person. We'll be happy to come back and I'll be able to give her even more stars ✨

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

Amazing hosts. Great place close to everything needed. This rental includes bikes which is a total hit for us. Definitely will recommend this place.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Alessandro is the perfect host - he has all the logistics covered but he also goes beyond this with helpfulness and generosity. The place is really charming, has lots of space and is really quiet. Alessandro had bought bus tickets for us and showed us clearly where to catch the bus - so helpful. It’s really fast to get to the heart of Venice too. Plenty of breakfast, dinner ingredients and bathroom supplies for us too. A great Venice place to stay especially if you have a car with you.

Great week-long stay at Daniela's. An ideal apartment to rest after visiting Venice, Verona, Padua, Vicenza and Treviso. If you are looking for a place to stay to visit this beautiful area, don't hesitate.

The accommodation is great, I recommend it, it is quite large, very clean, good bedding, good location, away from the crowds but also very close to lively streets Airport tip, for your transfer take the private company Alilaguna Blue, €15 per person per trip, you arrive very close to the apartment. Close to a Vaporetto stop to access the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, allow 1 day to visit the 3 islands

Fantastic Airbnb located perfectly to restaurants, and the water taxi stop. There was also a wonderful market right around the corner that had both fresh fish and produce. I would stay here again!

Outstanding apartment that had everything we needed! The cleanliness is immaculate and the host's attitude is amazing. The apartment has two bathrooms, full crockery and necessary products in the kitchen and bathrooms. Monica allowed us to check in three hours before and was responsive to our inquiries at extremely short notice. We recommend it with ten hands / because we were 5 people / and none of us felt like leaving!

Venice has been our favorite city so far. Andrea met us at the water bus and walked us to the apartment. He even helped carry many of our bags up the 73 stairs! That was a bonus. The only downside was the construction on the stairs going to to the apartment which got us very dirty and it was also quite dangerous, as because of the construction dust, the marble stairs became very slippery (one of our group actually fell on the stairs taking our luggage out upon checkout). So, not Andreas fault at all, but that was our only complaint.

This flat is in a beautiful location overlooking a canal. It's in a really sweet neighbourhood, with a few bars and restaurants as well as a grocery shop and greengrocers very nearby. All of the stunning sites of Venice are in walking distance but it was nice to be staying away from the crowds (we visited at Carnivale!) and not right in the centre, and it was a lot less touristy. It's also a great location for getting to and from the airport more quickly via the Alilaguna water boat. Inside, it is small but perfectly formed, clean and functional, as you can see from the photos. The highlight for me was the little balcony from the main bedroom, where you can just about fit two chairs to sit outside and admire the view. We had a wonderful visit (three adults), and highly recommend the apartment.
