Great place if you want to spend more than 3 days in Venice, it will save you more than half that you pay in Venice, the place is well connected with train and bus to Venizia, we took 72 hrs pass, so travelling was cheap and in 40 mins we are in the Venice. Great place to stay as the entire apartment is yours, so when you back from the hussle of city, it is a great comforting place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Walter a été un hôte formidable, très accueillant et nous a donné de nombreux conseils utiles. La station de bus 4 L est à 200 m de l’appartement et le bus vous permet de rejoindre Venise en 15 mn. Tarif 3 euros par voyage mais si vous disposez d’un city pass vaporetto vous pourrez également emprunter les bus allant à mestre. L’appartement se situe à 10 mn à pieds de la gare, idéal pour prendre la navette bus menant à Trevise. En face de l’immeuble vous trouverez un supermaché ouvert tous les jour. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Merci Walter. Fabrice

Le logement est idéalement situé ! Juste à côté des transports qui emmène directement à Venise en 15min. Il est aussi proche d'un super marché, d'un tabac, de bars et de restaurants dans un quarier calme et à la fois animé. Il est parfait pour un couple qui cherche à visiter Venise et bénéficie d'une immense terrasse qui surplombe Mestre avec vu sur le couché de soleil ! Caterina nous a vraiment bien accueilli tout en nous fournissant des informations et des recommandations utiles. Se logement nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour, On recommande !

Sin dudas que fue el mejor lugar en el que me aloje, el departamento tenia detalles excelentes, muy bien provisto, excelente ubicación, en la Plaza de la Victoria. Mi evaluación podrá parecer exagerada, pero realmente le agradecí que me confiara ese espacio, que se se encuentra muy bien equipado y tan agradable.

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

We had a late check-in due to the previous guests checking out late, however the staffs in the hotel was quick to apologize and offer free refreshments for us. They were also kind enough to explain the transport to the island and helped with the ticketing as well. The apartment itself was clean, equipped with the amenities described, overall a pleasant stay. Thanks.

Egle’s apartment was a wonderful place to call home in Treviso. Egle was super friendly and the apartment has everything you could need. It’s in walking distance of the historical centre of Treviso whilst also being quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is located outside of Venice, in Marghera area, which is perfect for those visitors who like to enjoy the city but also return to a quite private place away from cuty hustle for a peaceful night. It’s 15mins walking distance from the station where a bus takes you directly to Venice, or a tram to Mestre train station. The building as well as the apartment is new, secured and very well aranged. It was clean, with all amenities needed. Serena was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive, nice and professional. Her willingness to make the most of your stay as well as recommendations on restaurants & nearby places make her very welcoming and easy to communicate. Overall, a nice stay, would recommend this place!

Laura's apartment is an ideal place to explore Venice. Located away from the tourist crowds, it allows you to quickly immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of the city. The famous sights are still within easy walking distance. The pictures of the apartment in the description speak for themselves. The apartment is in excellent condition and the four of us felt very comfortable there. Due to the location in an inner courtyard, you don't hear anything of the (not so busy) life in the neighborhood. Laura answers quickly and helpfully. On site, you are looked after by Paolo, who is extremely friendly and helpful. Even an unexpected late arrival outside the usual check-in times was no problem for him, although the exact time of arrival could only be communicated shortly beforehand. He gave us valuable tips for shopping and restaurants in the area, so that we were able to enjoy our stay right from the start. We fully recommend this object. Thank you so much, Laura and Paolo!

Marco war unser Ansprechpartner. Wir haben alle Informationen mit Bilder, Beschreibung, Regeln vorher bekommen. Er war einfach per Whatsup erreichbar. Das Haus/die Häuser sind schön, der Garten ist wunderbar, auch für unseren Hund war erholsam🙂. Venedig mit dem Bus sehr einfach erreichbar.

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit schöner Wohnung. Alles hat gepasst. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Unsere Tochter wollte nicht mehr nach Hause. Es hat an nichts an der Wohnung gefehlt, im Gegenteil wir waren so erstaunt das die Gastgeber wirklich an alles gedacht haben. sauber und makellos. Ganz großes Lob. Wir kommen wieder.

Super liebe Gastgeber. Wir wurden bestens mit allen Informationen versorgt, welche für eine Erkundung Venedigs hilfreich sind. Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, man kann mit dem Bus nach Venedig fahren. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in am Ende einer kleinen Stichstrasse, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht.

New place to stay

Die Begrüßung per Chat war perfekt, die Anweisungen waren klar und es gab Videos zu allem damit man nichts falsch verstehen kann. Hatten kurz Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, s es hat 5 min gedauert da stand Franco schon zur Seite und hat das Problem gelöst. Am zweiten Tag durften wir Serena, die die Kommunikation über AirBnB übernimmt noch vor Ort treffen. Super lieb und nett 👍🏼 Zum Apartment selbst: richtig richtig gut, fühlt sich eher an wie ein Hotel mit all den Kleinigkeiten die bereit liegen. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Venedig kommen sind die beiden unsere erste Anlaufstelle! Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt einfach top!

I actually felt the place was NICER than the pictures showed!! (Usually the pictures make it look larger than it really is, and this was larger than the pictures showed!) Very very lovely, and right on the water. Close by a nice restaurant and just a very quiet and nice location.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! Мы с семьей путешествовали по Италии и остановились на две ночи в этом приятном месте. Атмосфера большого дома была очень уютной и спокойной. Мы просыпались под пение птиц. Бесплатная парковка для нашего автомобиля находилась в нескольких метрах от входа. Marziano встретил нас и показал свой дом, подробно проинструктировал нас о том как работает техника в доме. К вечеру стало немного прохладно и Marziano, по нашей просьбе включил дополнительное отопление. В доме три спальни и три больших ванных комнаты. Советы Marziano по выбору ресторана были очень полезны. Мы посетили один из рекомендованных рыбных ресторанов. Это было замечательно. На машине было удобно добираться до всех интересных мест нашего путешествия. Спасибо Marziano за гостеприимство.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich bei einem Airbnb Trip wünschen würde. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sehr schnell auf meine Anfragen reagiert! Federico ist bis jetzt der freundlichste und netteste Gastgeber gewesen! 10 Sterne! Die idyllische Lage direkt neben einem Bach ist ein Ort zum Träumen und Entspannen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Danke Federico :-)

Ermin’s property was the perfect stay for our trip to Venice. In a walkable location with multiple public transit options for going over to Venice. The apartment was everything we needed and even had a nice balcony for sitting and enjoying the sun. On site parking was an added bonus. Ermin was also an amazing host. Super responsive and attentive; he really made us feel at home and took good care of us. I absolutely recommend staying with him because you can really see how much he cares about his guests and he will stop at nothing to make your experience great. We’ll definitely be staying again if we come back to the area.

Me pareció la mejor opción de Venezia para alojarse, un lugar muy amplio, muy tranquilo, muy seguro, grato y agradable. Todo muy cuidado, la decoración y la distribución parecen un hotel. Sin duda volveríamos nuevamente!!
