With an area of 120 m2, the gîte is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, close to the Auvergne Volcanoes Park. Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

the "Coussières" gîte, between calm and nature

The "Des Coussières" gîte is located in Courteix in the heart of the Millevaches Plateau Regional Natural Park in Limousin and 45 minutes from the Auvergne volcanoes. If you want to meet with family or friends, the gîte can accommodate up to 8 people in the middle of nature, with many games for children. The gîte has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Different options are available. Pets are allowed but the garden is not enclosed.

Entire picturesque wooden accommodation of 25 m², fully equipped with private terrace, overlooking a fenced courtyard shared with the owner of the premises, adorned with a large cherry tree. Ideally located between the two regional parks of the Auvergne volcanoes and Livradois-Forez, 5 km from the A75 or Issoire SNCF train station.
