Charming little house for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speack English;-) Attention: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me according to the weather to find out if it can be opened from 15 May:-)

Where do we start! Thierry’s communication from booking was excellent. When we arrived Thierry met us with enthusiasm and showed us around our part of his castle! The castle, built in the 1500’s, has been lovingly restored and has all the mod cons needed! He is a very proud owner and has so much knowledge! His english put our French to shame as he has mastered it well! Thierry spent time with us when we arrived explaining the village and things to do in the area and would message with suggestions he thought we may be interested in (market at Carmaux etc) which was very helpful! When it was 34deg outside the castle was a much needed cool retreat! I can’t fault the accommodation, the area or the owner at all! Don’t hesitate to book Thierry’s part of history -you won’t regret it. Thierry, thank you for your hospitality and if we are ever in the area we will not hesitate to book with you again!

Micheline and Bernard are charming hosts. Our stay at their place was perfect. The accommodation is very nice, very clean and perfectly equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, which is a significant plus during a heat wave as we experienced...). A big thank you for your hospitality and generosity! We leave with lots of good memories (a very nice area, a great evening together in front of the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics...). It was a pleasure to meet you. Thanks also to Bernard for visiting his painter's studio and signing his book! Kisses to both of you and to Ficelle, Marie and Raymond

A perfect stay. Had a very good night at this property. It is conveniently located, close to the SNCF train station, which makes it easy to get around. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very modern and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back the next time I visit!

Stay that went very well. The accommodation is great, you feel like you're in a little cocoon and you don't feel like you're at someone's place. You can easily make the place your own. The house is very well decorated and tasteful. Stéphanie is welcoming and very friendly. Our son loved staying here, the terrace is really a plus and you can enjoy the sun. We'll come back to Stephanie's if we have to go back to the area. It was a pleasure in any case.

We had a great time at Claire and her husband's, exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful haven. The house is very convenient and the small terrace is very nice. Claire is a very friendly host, but she also knows how to be present while being very discreet. she is also very good at arranging her beautiful garden, which she takes care of with great taste!
