The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot.
