The location is excellent—just near the beach, though you need to cross the road to get there and the restaurant need 15 to 30 min drive. The homestay also features a swimming pool, which is a great addition, especially for families and groups. They also provide volleyball, snooker and archery for guest to play. Each room is well-equipped with three single beds, making it comfortable for small groups. A convenient feature is the separate door that allows guests to enter directly from the pool area, which is great for those who want to take a quick swim and return to their rooms easily. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, with options like bread, cornflakes, and eggs, which is a nice touch. One of the highlights of this homestay is the activities they suggest for guests. They offer guided walks and hiking trips to Pulau Mawar with professional guides, perfect for nature lovers.

A spacious jacuzzi is filled with water and adorned with rose petals. A metallic tray displays candles and various toiletries, adding a touch of elegance. The clean white surfaces and soft lighting contribute to a calming ambiance.

Definitely will book again for my next visit to Kluang! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. The bathroom was spacious with great lighting, making it very comfortable to use. I especially appreciated the built-in water dispenser in the kitchen. The living room was a great space for friends and family to gather — perfect for singing K or just relaxing and watching TV together. The only minor issues were the slightly noisy fans in the living room and the last bedroom, and the KTV system was occasionally unstable. But overall, a great stay!

Tool’s SingHome house was great for our extended family with three large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. It’s close to downtown but a bit far to walk regularly. It was easy to get in and out and there was convenient parking at the house. Tolo was kind enough to help us arrange for a car (on a national holiday). He also was flexible and accommodating on a couple of our requests. He even helped us to retrieve our daughter’s blanket days afterward, which we had left behind. Thanks Tolo!

It was a pleasure staying at IF Homestay. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was spotless and smelled fresh, with all the necessary facilities available.Perfect for family! I highly recommend this place, especially since it’s close to many local attractions. We tried the local food at the riverside food court during lunchtime. It was absolutely delicious! However, I wouldn’t recommend eating there at night as the prices were a bit steep. The homestay is also very close to Mersing Jetty, making it the perfect stop if you’re planning to travel to Tioman Island the next day. Thank you, Firdaus and Intan, for hosting us!

Great value for money. We were 10 people who came for hike. Tolo was very friendly and his place was awesome. Aircons, lighting worked perfectly alright. It is a small town and everything is nearby as can be in a small town. This place is pretty big. It isn’t flashy but has all the amenities that one needs. We really enjoyed. Thank you Tolo

I was staying here with my parents & siblings during our tomb cleaning trip in April. It was great, cozy, comfortable place for staying. My parent love it and we will definitely come back again ;) The location is great! 3 mins drive from Kluang mall, fuss free check in process ;)

Super satisfied with the place. The house is clean and comfortable. Reminds me of my old house few streets away with the same layout. Definitely will book again for next trip.
