A very peaceful place to stay for some much needed rest and relaxation. But with the benefit of activities that you can enjoy 😀

6-person thatched cottage near sea and pub

DarrenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We absolutely loved our stay at this delightful thatched cottage! It was exactly as described—cosy, beautifully presented, and full of character. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Its proximity to Chesil Beach was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the stunning Dorset coastline and enjoy peaceful walks. Communication with the host was also fantastic—warm, helpful, and quick to respond. We would happily recommend this lovely cottage to anyone seeking a quaint coastal escape. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The Beach Barn

HayleyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Absolutely beautiful place in such a beautiful setting. My hubby and I felt very at home here. Our two little dogs loved it. The beach barn was spotless. The photos of the place are true to what it's like, however, if you're organised like us and think of bringing along coffee pods as you've seen photos of the machine so to not use all of the host's pods. Be aware it is not a Dolce Gusto machine, they now have a Tassimo. Don't fall into buying the wrong pods like we did by looking at the photos🤦‍♀️😂 A very short walk to The Captain's Wife pub and 1988 Indian, the food at both of these places is lovely and definitely worth trying! Lots of things to do and places to see whilst here. We drove to the Barrages walking over to Cardiff Bay, definitely worth a visit and also try Cosmeston Lakes Country Park, lovely walk around there and the medieval village. Barry Island beach is also perfect, it's lovely, clean, and perfect for dogs! We'd love to return the beach barn again in the future.

A charming shopping alley is illuminated by strings of twinkling lights overhead. The scene depicts storefronts on either side, each showcasing merchandise through large glass windows. A smooth stone pathway runs through the center, where two people walk leisurely amidst the festive ambiance.

Detached Coach House near Principality Stadium

HarrietRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay. The location was perfect as it was easy walking distance to the centre of Cardiff. Despite being so central the street was extremely quiet. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Cardiff. Exceptional value.

Stag View - Shepherds Hut - with Outdoor Bath

RyanRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Wow. What a find. This place is honestly such a treasure! We came away for a peaceful weekend for my partner’s birthday (who may be slightly obsessed with Highland cows) and it ticked every single box. The cows & deer grazing right on your doorstep gives you a real sense of peace and honestly felt somewhat magical. We enjoyed using the fire pit both nights and stargazed for hours. The giant marshmallows were a treat too! The outdoor bath was so serene. This break was definitely needed for the soul and Tara’s little hut was the perfect place. There’s a local pub a short walk away which was reasonably priced and also some really beautiful countryside walks. All in all the perfect weekend. Tara is a great host!

Two palm-like trees stand prominently in the garden, their textured trunks rising beside clusters of spiky foliage. In the background, a small building can be seen, partially obscured by greenery, with a clear lawn area in the foreground and a stone pathway leading towards it.

Had a wonderful seven weeks stay in Nicks lovely apartment whilst planning my relocation to Exeter. The apartment has everything you need with plenty of space. The location is great for accessing the city centre and has added bonus of parking. Would thoroughly recommend

The little yellow chalet in the west

SharleenRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Beautiful location, stunning sunrise over the sea & so peaceful!!! The chalet was nice and cosy, with spare blankets proved to snuggle under in front of the fire. Internet was more than good enough for streaming if you bring something to watch. Chalet has everything you need for a self catering break. Short walk to the beach and waterfall. My only regret is not bringing my wellies as my visit was in January. Plenty of information provided on local amenities sent via message prior to arrival and a fair few leaflets with walking route recommendations in the chalet. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Rose Cottage, in rural Devon village

RobertRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were looking for a quiet few days in Devon and that is exactly what we got. We cannot recommend Bec’s place highly enough. Lovely and cosy, easy to use kitchen and a wonderfully comfortable bed and sofa. It was easy to cater for ourselves as the kitchen is very well equiped with excellent appliances and utensils. Nature is all around and we spent a whole day watching the garden birds visit the garden and feeders.
