Our stay was fabulous! We walked in to a restful space with every amenity we needed. David graciously offered an early arrival, and while we didn’t need it, it was so nice to be offered. He also didn’t ask for a pet fee! This was a first! I appreciated it so much and it made us want to clean even more. The house is beautiful, and so is the neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were proactive. It was a great stay!

A well-appointed kitchen showcases wooden cabinetry and granite countertops. Modern appliances and cooking utensils are organized on the counter. Two area rugs add texture to the tiled floor. A small dining table is situated near the window, allowing natural light to fill the space.

Entire Home, Cozy Retreat Near Kansas City

Home was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We liked having 2 full bathrooms, and a private bedroom for each of us, 3 people stayed. Host was easy to communicate with, answered any questions we had, and got back to us quickly. The neighborhood was very peaceful, easy to find, and getting in and out to our event was easy. Would reccomend, and will be trying to stay there again in the future for future events in the area.

This rental was absolutely perfect. My family came to town for my grandmothers funeral and this house was a home away from home as we processed her passing. It allowed us a safe secure place to rest and a relaxing place to visit and share memories. The house was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The laundry and dishwasher were easy to use. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental! Great experience during a difficult time.

This is such a great little house! It was perfect for four of us. The back yard was wonderful - we even did an Easter Egg Hunt and it was lovely! The house was spotless and even though it is pet friendly there was no sign of pets who had been there. Highly recommend for anyone in the Kansas City area!

The place was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to use them to their fullest extent. Beautiful landscaping outdoors and plenty of space for our family. Autumn was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

We had to come to KC in an emergency, and even though we checked in at 3:30 AM, Lance was responsive and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We then had to extend our stay at the last minute and again, very responsive and easy to deal with. Very high recommendations!

Hallie's place was warm and welcoming. It wasn't a house but a home. I didn't come with children but clearly if you did, there was plenty for them to do. There was a large play area downstairs, board games for those so inclined and a piano! The kitchen had all the accoutrements one could ever need. The location was in a quite older neighborhood, close to restaurants and some shopping. Be warned that the floors are a little squeaky, so if you are a light sleeper, pick one of the upstairs bedrooms. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Overall, a great place to stay.

Sailaja's place was spacious and beautiful! It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. Response time was immediate and I felt safe and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars!

We stayed here as a large family group ranging in age from 7-84 and coming from various points in Missouri, Tennessee and NY to help Uncle Bill cross off his bucket list item of tailgating and seeing a Chiefs game at Arrowhead. For anyone needing a large gathering space in the KC area, this is it! Perfection! Plenty of space, bathrooms, gorgeous surroundings with so much to do, and the kindest hosts. Two of us stayed in the cabin which we loved. The grounds made for amazing family pictures. We left with treasured memories and talk of returning in summer to enjoy a longer stay and the pool. I think this is the best AirBnB experience we have ever had.
