We had a lovely stay at Aspes. The house overlooks one of Serifos most beautiful beaches Psili Amos which is just a short walk from the house. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay and is quite sheltered from the strong winds of the island. Great communication from the host who also sent us tips for beaches, experiences, and restaurants, among them the newly opened restaurant Paspari which was one of the food highlights of our trip.

Absolutely beautiful spot, and wonderful, kind people who look after your every need. It was so peaceful at night, and we loved the decor and the inside and outside spaces. Many thanks!

Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

C'est une magnifique et grande maison qui se situe sur la plage (quasi déserte lorsque nous y avons séjourné !) ❤️ Après la plage, la terrasse est un énorme coup de coeur : elle est très grande et vraiment bien ombragée. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est entourée d'arbres et de plantes et en plus, elle dispose de plusieurs coins différents où se poser tout au long des différents moments de la journée. Ça c'était vraiment extra, vu que nous passons la majorité du temps dehors !! Il y a aussi des transats confortables mis à disposition sur la plage. Bref, un séjour au top du top pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis qui, comme nous, recherchent la beauté et le calme ! Une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à la maison. Nous en avons loué une au port (45€/jour). Nous avons pu ainsi découvrir l'île. Le petit bar au bout de la plage est sympathique et accueillant. L'accueil très chaleureux du père de Maria a été très appréciable 😊 Merci encore pour tout Maria !

Hlias' is a very nice house, well designed and maintained, with attention to details. It has a wonderful view and Hlias was very effective in communication. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The apartment is great and Adriana is a great host. She was always available, eager to help when needed. We had some trouble to find the entrance of the grounds coming from the hills and not from the seaside (Kampi Beach). You may want to check this in advance with Adriana. We loved the place and would always come back. Full recommendation!

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber gemütlich und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet mit einer schönen Terrasse und weitere Draußenbereiche zum nutzen, sowie auch ein Grill. Das wlan war gut, vorallem auf der Terrasse und es sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, den wir so gut wie allein für uns hatten mit super klarem Wasser. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet und zum groß Aufkochen nicht sehr geeignet. Für uns hat es gereicht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir sind mit dem Taxi für 35€ vom Hafen gefahren und waren vor Ort zu Fuß unterwegs, das geht für 3 Tage gut, es gibt ein Supermarkt 1 Stunde fußläufig entfernt und 20 Minuten am Strand ein Restaurant. In der hochsaison hat glaube ich mehr offen. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön und sehr entspannt! Gerne wieder.

L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 25 αστέρια. Όλα ήταν καλομελετημένα και εύχρηστα. Πολύ άνετοι χώροι. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι κι εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν μας έλλειψε τίποτα και πέρασαμε ξεκούραστες διακοπές!

Très jolie vue et vastes terrasses extérieures permettant d’avoir plusieurs espaces de vie en fonction du moment de la journée. Belle piscine et Grand barbecue. Grands volumes pour notre groupe, nous avons étions 3 familles. Le ménage avec changement de draps et serviettes tous les 4 jours est très appréciable. La décoration intérieure est rustique mais tout est propre. Quelques vétusté de matériaux (salle de bains et lave vaisselle…) mais des intervenants et une équipe réactive dès qu’on les sollicite pour un problème. Le mini market est à 10mn en voiture et il y a 3 plages à proximité avec restauration. Maria notre hôte a organisé la réservation des ferrys pour nous. Nous avons adoré nos vacances.

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Kiki est une hôte très attentionnée, prévenante et disponible... aux petits soins pour que les vacances se passent au mieux. Elle nous a recommandé un taxi entre l'aéroport et Lavrio, une location de zodiac et nous a même trouvé une maison pour la dernière nuit à Kéa, complétant la disponibilité de sa maison. La villa est grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée . La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec du mobilier confortable. Une mention +++ pour la piscine qui est extraordinaire ! Merci Kiki!

Amazing location with access by foot to a small beach. Great house with all the equipment you need to cook. You will need a good car to access the house. The swimming pool is amazing. The host really nice. Easy check in and check out. We had an amazing time.

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

Semaine magique passée dans une villa élégante et authentique, à quelques mètres seulement de la mer et dans un environnement enchanteur. Le plus ? L’immense gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont magnifiquement accueillis et se sont montrés très disponibles tout au long du séjour, pour quelque sujet que ce soit. Médaille d’or !
