This place offers a lot for a good value. The back yard is awesome! There is a very nice fire pit and a few chairs to relax in. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. Definitely recommend staying here.

I have stayed at Cassie's place before, and it's in an excellent location if you're in downtown Lansing. While you're there, explore the nice, old Westside neighborhood. It's a great place to stay for a couple of days.

Our stay with Eric and Kimberly was possibly my best Airbnb experience ever! Not only was the property itself spotless, safe, and comfortable, but Eric and Kimberly went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional! They were extremely responsive and flexible in their communication, and they also had snacks, waters, and a lovely graduation gift and card for me upon arrival! I can honestly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lansing--it is conveniently located near downtown and the MSU campus, but far enough that you avoid the congestion and craziness, especially of campus. Great for families and, although we were all adults, it looks like Eric and Kimberly had everything set up to make the stay comfortable for kids, too! I would happily stay here again. Our sons wedding was up the road and this was a perfect house for our family. Grandsons loved the games and swing set in the backyard. Wish we would have had more time to feed the fish in the pond and use the hot tub. Linda’s house was spotless and it was nice to have such a beautiful place to come back to at the end of the long days.

This charming vintage home was perfect for my needs. From the moment I stepped inside, I was taken aback by the warm and inviting atmosphere that oozed character and history. The house is a true gem, and you can tell that so much care and love has been poured into preserving its original charm while offering modern comforts.

Lisa and Phil have an amazing place and go above and beyond as hosts! They had fresh pastries, fruit, and flowers waiting for us. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry essentials and cooking gear. The property is immedicable and exemplifies Phil's wood-working craftsmanship. We took full advantage of the hot tub and also a tour of Phil's downstairs wood shop. While initially concerned about the train, we found it an exciting perk and our sleep was never disturbed even without ear plugs. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 2 weeks and will definitely be recommending the "lodge" to friends and family!

Jacque's place was great! We chose to stay there as it was in the same neighborhood as our family, but it was exactly what he described it to be. He was prompt, proactive, and easy to get in contact with. He was a wonderful host and we would stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

Really enjoyed this place! The bed was by far the most comfy air bnb bed I’ve slept in. Hosts were very responsive and flexible for an early check-in.

Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. The apartment was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant, right across from a lovely park. Annie was a fantastic host, clear and helpful on all details. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The location was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. The outdoor kitchen was a great perk! And my little boys said petting the pups was the highlight of our trip! 😂

Second time staying at one of Bills properties. Both properties I have stayed at are in a good location, clean, and right in downtown Lake Odessa. Will book again in the future if I am in the area.

I was so impressed with this lovely garden flat! The location is amazing, within walking distance of everything you’d want to do in Ann Arbor. The outdoor space was lovely, and inside was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. This place would be my top choice the next time I’d want to stay in area.

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

Val was an amazing host. She was always available when I had any concerns and accommodated any requests I had. she also helped me get to know the area better by recommending activities for my daughter and I. I'm really going to miss the view from the wall length windows. The location is great, everything you need is literally up the street. Downtown is a 5 min walk from the condo and is so beautiful. I would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for an event in downtown Ann Arbor. The unit was in a great location and walk-able to everything. I even took a walk down to the Big House which was less than a mile away. So many good restaurants; We highly recommend Echelon Kitchen & Bar on Main Street. The condo is a perfect size for two people and we would love to stay here again!

The unit is immaculate with great quality linens, bedding and furniture. It is a great place to stay in Ann Arbor with nothing overlooked.

Spacious one bedroom condo. Nice bathrooms, good water pressure. Great location- walkable grocery/market and coffee shop below. Cute downtown restaurants. View of stadium and capitol building. It was the perfect location for our visit to MSU- less than 10 minutes to campus.

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.
