Herrington Lake Home - Private Dock - Covered Slip

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on Herrington Lake. Private dock with boat slip. Bring your own boat or rent one from Herrington Lake marina. Close to all the marina's. Right in the heart of Bourbon tour country. NOTE: Please be aware, due to lack of rain, the lake level is down. Currently the walkway on to the dock is next to the last step on the stairs. If the lake level continues to drop it will become necessary to walk on the rock bank to get on to the walkway

Welcome to The River House at The Village at Palisades! Relax or explore with family and friends at this peaceful home away from the busy, inner-city life, but only a short 25-minute drive to Lexington. Separate living spaces for adults and children if desired. Games are provided in the game room for hours of fun! The Village at Palisades has one of the only boat ramps that provides convenient access to the Kentucky River for fishing, Kayaking, (ect.) and is only open for our guests.

Pappy’s Roost (Old Town Vibe!)

Pappy’s Roost is vintage and is up the street from a railroad track that has locomotives coming through very slowly because of the tight confines of Harrodsburg. The track is not extremely close, but you can definitely see the train when standing on the sidewalk in front of The Roost. The Roost still can offer sound sleep at night because the proximity is not near enough to the tracks to be startling or disturbing to sleep. Pappy’s has been restored and has every amenity!
