Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mercer County

I must say that I was extremely impressed with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as listed. The home was spacious and felt like home. It made the weekend even more special. Would highly recommend this location. The host Katrina was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

Shirley and John were absolutely amazing, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. We traveled with a group of seven guys to do the bourbon trail. The movie room was perfect for kicking back and watching the derby, the new putting green is awesome and there was plenty of room to spread out when you needed some quiet time. We paid extra to have some meals prepared for us to make things easier and leave more room for hanging out. We felt at home the whole time and some great food, highly recommend. You can’t go wrong with this place for a family or big group. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place for a couple. There was plenty to keep us busy, but we also enjoyed lounging on the screened-in porch.

Great house for my friends and I. Fishing was a blast. House was very clean and a great space to hangout for the weekend. Kayaks and pool table were frequently used. Plenty of space for 10 guests and the kitchen was incredible. Definitely want to visit again!

Susan was a wonderful host and her home was beautiful with a historical charm (and spotless). We had a party of 8 and it left us more than enough room for privacy and socializing. We enjoyed the small (and large) touches that made this a special and unique stay. We all enjoyed the train more than I expected and spent a late night playing family games in the dining room. The girls all enjoyed the decor for social media worthy pictures and it was fun for us to be able to get ready together in the large master bedroom and bathroom with the cutest dressing area. Prime location for distilleries and a nice break from the crowds after a day at Keeneland. We hope to return again and be able to use the outdoor space as we just ran out of time. It made for wonderful memories for everyone and I thank Susan for that opportunity and her great hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was unique in that it offers a main house and a guest house, and it turned out that this was the perfect arrangement for us (2 moms who are close friends, and our two sons, who are also close friends). When we weren't out and about, we all hung out in the A-frame main house. At bedtime, we parted ways.The A-frame has everything you might need during your stay. Then you also have the boathouse, which is beyond cute and very cozy. Both structures overlook the lake, and the outdoor deck spaces are very comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciated the propane fire pit one evening when it got a little chilly. Also, having a Keurig and pods in each house was awesome! Shelly sent detailed directions in advance of our travels, which was very helpful, and she made some local recommendations re: food and groceries. We followed up on those, and were not disappointed! She was also very responsive to us when we asked for assistance or recommendations. <3

Quiet retreat is right on the mark with this gem of a 3/2 home with rare King/Queen/Queen accommodations. Jeff is super responsive and gracious. Grateful for such a welcoming home on our travels to Kentucky!

we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

Brent’s place was the only thing that didn’t go wrong on our trip. Curtis (co-host) was so kind and friendly when we met him doing landscaping for the properties they offer. Brent was very understanding of some changes to our plans and was a great host to work with.

I loved staying at this Airbnb! I needed a place to come for a personal prayer retreat and this was perfect!! looked exactly like the photos, had everything I needed and very kind, friendly and responsive hosts. I loved sitting on the back deck several times. The inside space was great for spreading everything out I was working on and praying over. It is in a very walkable area and I enjoyed a daily walk exploring new neighborhoods. And it was easy and very quick to get to the center of town to visit the Farmer's Market and a local donut shop, Burke's Bakery. Millennium Park is nearby and I loved going there for a run. Several good churches are close. There is nothing else that I could have asked for in this Airbnb. I just loved it and I will definitely return here for my next retreat.

Thanks Nora, your place was as described! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, nice area, and easy to get to Rupp Arena (5 minute drive at most). We will be back next time in Lexington

What a beautiful Kentucky countryside home away from home! Everything was lovely and spit spot; thank you for sharing your home suite, so that we could spend time with our family in the area.

I was in town for a conference and John’s apartment was perfect for my stay. The space was immaculately clean, peaceful and well appointed. Very close walking distance to the conference center and easy access to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The house is in a lovely historic neighborhood and was the perfect respite at the end of long conference days. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Lexington.

We had a great time at this cozy basement apartment. It was exactly as pictured at an affordable price—a place to sleep while we visited family in Wilmore. The beds were very comfortable.

Ellie’s place is extremely clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent! Beautiful neighborhood to walk around, lots of local shops and restaurants a couple of blocks away.

Extended my stay day after day…that should say enough. Excellent place.

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

Unique and special place. Be prepared for some stairs being above a distillery. Tons of great things walkable right from the balcony door.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was in a residential area but I had so many other plans it was not a bother. Right down the street a few yards was a great family park I grew up knowing and visiting. The place was clean and provided everything I needed. This was the first time doing an Air BnB. The unit was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was the bathroom tub. There were NO safety features at all. I am an older widow and felt that I would fall in the tub. The floor was so slick. There was no handrail, no towel bar, to sticky things on the bottom of the tub, NOTHING. I had to put a towel down and hoped it would not move. If you stay here and need these safety features you won't find them. However that being said I would stay again! The price was something I could afford had plenty of room. Even though it was just me, 2 or 3 more could have stayed fairly comfortable.

This is a gorgeous Air B-n-B, well cared for and clean. We had a delightful stay and everything we needed was there. It is also in a great Lexington neighborhood walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. I'd gladly stay there again.

This was a cute, freshly renewed apartment. My friend and I reserved the space for us and her baby while we were in for an event. The price was right, the size for us was perfect, it was a hop and a skip to get to a local Walmart, Starbucks, etc, and right off the highway (we were traveling back and forth to the Kentucky Horse Park). We were perfectly comfy and the place had everything we needed. The host was responsive and kind (I had a little struggle at the beginning with the keypad entry but I just had to give the door a little tug and it was fine).

Place was absolutely amazing, quiet, spotless, and comfortable. Host was very friendly and willing to help out. Address kept showing somewhere else but if you follow directions provided by host once reserved then you will get straight there. Overall amazing stay.
