Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mercedes

We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

We had a lovely stay. The building is very secure and the area is great filled with great restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect location between Palermo Hollywood and soho. The host was great and very easy to communicate with. The rooftop was great with a pool and 360 views of the city. The building security was very friendly and even offered to allow us to store our luggage after checkout. The only negative would be the shower water pressure was not strong but it was fine for us as we had a short stay. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others :)

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Thomas' flat! The flat was very clean & comfortable and we felt right at home. The perfect location for staying in Palermo. The flat is 20 minute walk or a $5 uber from SOHO Palermo which has tons of restaurants, cafes & shops. There is metro line access not even a 5 minute walk away & on this line you can get directly to the San Thelmo market, which takes place on Sundays. We felt very safe in the area & walking at night. Maria met us at the flat to help us check-in & was very kind & patience when my luggage arrived 2 hours after we did so we had to push back our check-in time. We did not use the hot tub but the patio is super cute and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. We really appreciated how Maria and Thomas had drinks and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen! This made us feel extra welcome. There is no elevator & the flat is up 5 flights of stairs (we did not mind) so something to consider if you have mobility issue! 10/10 !

Everything was excellent. The place was easy to find, the apartment was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The gym was good and the sauna was a much appreciated plus. The only thing that would have come in handy are instructions for using the kitchen, because at first I didn't know which knob was for which burner and I ended up getting a little confused while trying to make breakfast haha. I would also recommend bringing adapters if you need them, because there were few in the apartment and I had to go out and buy one. Overall, a very good stay. Highly recommended.

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Andrea's Oasis in the city lived up to her description; easy to access (we had 2 bicycles), plenty of stores shops etc in the area, just off Corrientes Str. a major road with buses and Metro stations. Andrea was an attentive host, and provided clean towels and sheets upon request (during the 4-week stay), as well as answering any questions we had. The apartment is in a good location with restaurants cafes and pubs close, but also quiet, being in the center of the building. A highly recommended place to stay and see and explore Buenes Aries.

Carol was very friendly. It’s a beautiful apartment. It looks like something out of a movie—just how you imagine Argentina. There’s even a lovely little balcony. And it doesn’t feel anonymous at all. It’s decorated with so much care, but not overly cluttered. Everything is super clean. It really feels like visiting a friend. Absolutely recommendable.

Graciela was very helpful and kind from day one of the booking. The one-room flat is located in a central, safe area of Buenos Aires, parks and restaurants in walking distance, great access to public transport. I truly recommend the flat.

Marco's place was amazing. He had a friend meet us as we arrived to make sure we felt comfortable. The suite was clean, and had everything that we needed to cook the occasional meal. The building is in a great location, surrounded by lots of local restaurants and shops. The building offered some fantastic amenities, such as a rooftop pool, gym, sauna, washer and dryer. The building is within walking distance to a Metro station, and there are several grocery stores nearby. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Adrian's apartment is very well located, despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear any noise in the apartment. The apartment is a size and well equipped for 2 people. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Recommended!

Great apartment and location. The only thing at the time when I rented the neighboring building was under construction and the noise started from 9 am. You need to take this into account. But the apartment is very good, the hosts are super responsive and help solve all problems. Check out is at 12 o'clock. At check-in, they allowed me to bring things in. That's really cool

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great.
