You arrive and immediately feel at home. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very peculiar flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ask for. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best I've ever booked. This is such a place you never want to leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in 10 minutes in Grikvenica on the house beach where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and did a lot of explorations and it was beautiful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some nicer coves are within a 10-minute walk. The communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately defective - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at a different time of the year😊

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

We were there with our son and what can I say… We were received in a super friendly manner. Cake and juice were available in the fridge. Sanja handed us the apartment with all the trimmings and explained it to us. If we had any questions, we could contact her at any time. The grape harvest announced by Sanja was done by the family faster than the wind and provided us directly with the fresh grapes and figs. One thing we know for sure, we'll be back! The apartment has everything you need on vacation, saves you from having to bring laundry detergent, salt, etc. Sanja really has everything you need. Perfect place to spend time alone by the sea. The seclusion is suitable for a cozy stay for two. The description corresponds to the local conditions. Dejan was available to us and responded quickly.

Had a lovely vacation in the beautiful house in the amazing surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, nice and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

We spent two weeks in Lina's house. The house is quirky with modern bathrooms and kitchen. All rooms are look exactly as described and presented by photos. Every time I used stairs I stoped for few moments to enjoy photographs or pictures on walls. It is really interesting house with family history and beautiful items and details. When at 'home' we spent the majority of our time outside sitting around the table or in the garden. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as it is spacious and well equipped. The house has an AC in one of the bedrooms upstairs. As we had 6 yrs old child with us it was really handy location for the local beach which is 5 min walk from the house. Two grocery shops are nearby too. The town of Cres is only 15 min walk away from the house. Please note that walks to the beach and town include stairs and uphill/downhill short walks. Lina was very helpful and great host. She provided local recommendations and small welcome gift. Thank you Lina.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Everything, the house the village and the nature in cres was just fantastic.

We had a really pleasant stay in Sandra’s apartment. Sandra was an excellent host with her friendly family. And the location of the apartment in Cres was very nice with an awesome view of the ocean. And a very short walk to the city centre.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

A little gem on the coast near Senj, with fantastic views of the island of KrK. We spent wonderful warm autumn days with the family (6 adults) in the great house with the two separate units, everything inside and outside was great! Ivan picked us up on the coastal road at check-in, was always available the entire time & really a superhost. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week here. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along and we unfortunately could not use the pool - but the hot tub :) Had a great time as a family here. We were also pampered by Laura in a culinary way - thank you for that!

Lovely small, tastefully decorated and air-conditioned accommodation - perfect for two people. On the ground floor are living/dining room, as well as kitchen, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs the bedroom and bathroom. From the beautiful terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the quiet bay, via the garden you reach the beach, which is only 50 meters away. Hosts Ingrid and Daniele are very friendly and helpful at all times. Brio the house dog, whose content of life consists of constant foraging, has also grown very close to our hearts during the stay. We can recommend this place and the hosts and would love to come back anytime.
