The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Apartment is placed in the city center, in the vicinity of old town. Everything you need is in the walking distance - the best restaurants, shops, green market, bus stops. Very cosy and perfectly clean apartment, with all amenities you will needed during your stay. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom. Niki is a great host, very helpful and friendly person. All recommendations for this apartment and host Niki.

So it was really fantastic, the apartment is very nice, large and spacious. Communication with Milijana was very good and friendly, what we needed in addition, such as a baby bed, was brought to us quickly. The location is very central, 6 minutes from the Pula City Mall or from the large Max City shopping center also 6 - 7 minutes. The hot tub was also nicely prepared but unfortunately we could not use it so we went to the beach instead but next year when we come back here we will use the 😊 hot tub. All in all, we were more than just satisfied. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and cozy, it has everything you will need with a fully working kitchen. The host was very friendly and available, and made sure we had all the information necessary upon arrival. The apartment has all the amenities described, was very cozy, and did not lack anything. The only difficulty might be with parking if you arrive by car, since Opatija has very few street parking spots available (if you plan to arrive by car, make sure to communicate this to the host, since he may help you upon arrival). Overall a great, comforting stay, and a well deserved 5 stars.

Our stay at Darko's house was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The location is unbeatable: right in front of the tower and a few minutes' walk to the Arena of Pula, the impressive Roman amphitheater. In addition, having its own parking lot was a great plus. Darko was an excellent host, always attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get to know Pula comfortably!
