Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Majèle's refuge is a property located in La Chapelle Saint André, 5 km from Varzy, 45 km from Sancerre golf course, 30 km from the medieval site of Guédelon, 40 km from the Basilica of Vézelay and close to the Étang du Bourdon, Saint-Fargeau, Saint-Amand and 60 km from Nevers or Auxerre. Guests can enjoy its pond for fishing and the many hiking trails. A shelter is available for all 2-wheelers.
