This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. Up North Woodland Retreat

Ours is a "modern" rustic cabin in the beautiful Northwoods near Lakewood, WI. We are " silent sports" folks , but live in harmony with ATVers, snowmobilers, etc. and being 2 miles from town it's very peaceful. The snowmobile/ ATV trail does go right past our property but sounds seldom bother us. THIS IS OUR HOME, ( and we love it!), so we rent it out while we're travelling, making it a real " turn-key" set-up for guests.
