Monthly Rentals in Mendez

The property is really clean, just like in the pictures. The house feels like home. The airconditiong is very comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs, it was very spacious, with walk-in closet and plenty of drawers. I love the chandeliers and the bathroom walls. The gas stove and the cooking area by the pool is very practical, it made food prep easy. The swimming pool is good size for our group, it can be heated for extra fee. The caretaker, Obet, is helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, comfortable, and gave off such warm, homey vibes. My family and friends truly enjoyed every moment, and we only wish we could’ve stayed longer. A huge thanks to Sir Daniel and Ate Shy for being so accommodating and kind throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. We also really appreciated the thoughtful Father’s Day cake surprise, my Papa loved it! Thank you so much, Sir! Would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon :)

Staying with Ms. Iya and Atty. Francis was an absolute delight! They were incredibly accommodating and responsive from the moment we arrived. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—when I mentioned my burns, they prepared hypoallergenic soap and even provided an extra stand fan to keep me comfortable, knowing sweating could irritate my skin. Their kindness truly made a difference. The place itself was wonderful, with complimentary snacks, coffee, and clean towels—all the little touches that make a stay feel special. And the breakfast? Absolutely amazing! We were treated to a delicious spread of bacon, eggs, chicken adobo, fresh lettuce, banana, and mango—all generously prepared for us at no extra cost. To top it off, they remembered our anniversary and greeted us warmly, making the day even more memorable. We really enjoyed our stay, we truly appreciate how transparent/straightforward the host was whenever we would talk to each other, the place truly made our "mental health reset" trip memorable and worth it. I would highly recommend the place, it was peaceful, clean, and very relaxing.
