Aangename plek in woonwijk, onze motor stond er veilig! Grote tuin, we mochten gebruik maken van keuken, tuin en BBQ. Alles voor ontbijt stond klaar.

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, Margaret was incredibly kind and generous, making me feel right at home. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. The accommodations are perfect for solo travelers. The space is super clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom that has all the light you need to freshen up. The bedroom is truly a haven of quietness, ensuring the best sleep I’ve had in ages. The internet connection is excellent, which is a huge plus for anyone needing to stay connected. Every morning, I looked forward to the delicious coffee and breakfast provided. It was the perfect way to start my day! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alojarnos con Olivier en nuestra primera visita a París fue una muy buena elección, él y su esposa fueron muy cálidos y atentos con nosotros, hay bastante transporte que nos conectaba al centro de la ciudad para conocer todo lo bonito de París, el desayuno muy rico, todo coincidía con lo anunciado. Definitivamente volvería a alojarme ahí.

La maison de Sonia et Alexandre est merveilleuse - Belle bâtisse nichée dans un jardin très bien entretenu - tres belle décoration ramenée des nombreux voyages de cette famille d’aventuriers Nos enfants ont aimé s’occuper des animaux de la propriété (chats, poules et chien - tous très gentils) Les petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners dans le jardin sont particulièrement agréables et permettent d’apprécier la vue sur la vallée Les équipements sont très appréciables (barbecue, table de ping pong, mobilier de jardin entre autre) Parmi les points forts : la salle de bain exceptionnelle installée dans la verrière - la cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, très lumineuse La maison était très propre à notre arrivée Nous recommandons sans hésitations

notre séjour chez Olivier s'est parfaitement déroulé, la maison est très fonctionnelle et pratique pour un séjour en famille (nombreuse) et avec des enfants. la localisation est idéale pour des activités dans l'Ouest de Paris et l'accès à Paris même est facilité. Olivier et sa femme sont des hôtes charmants, disponibles et très facilitants. nous recommandons.

I have stayed for three weeks in Eva's place for a business trip. She is very kind, responsive, and helpful. I really like her place as it has everything I needed and also is very clean. I will stay at her place whenever I visit Paris. Thank you Eva for everything!

It was a great location. Perfect for a great stay close to all major attractions, bus lines and tours. Great food options and quiet at night. Our host was wonderful, did everything possible for a comfortable stay. Even provided welcome basket of pastries, drinks in the fridge and other necessities. 5 stars. Thank you for hosting us.

This place is roomy, well equipped with whateveyou might need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The police station is literally around the corner. In addition, the building has a lift. You need to manouver five steps or so, to get to the landing to use it, but otherwise no problem. Plenty of restaurants, two great bakeries, and a Monoprix supermarket are within 5-10 minutes walk. Bus #86 or #76 as well as Metro will get you to all the sites easily and cheaply. Nicolas and Helene are very responsive and allowed us early access when we checked in. Overall, a quiet neighborhood with access to whatever you need without the hustle bustle of the Marais or Latin Quarter. Full disclosure, this is an older building and some of the walls in the hallways and apartment have some plaster/paint peeled off or peeling off. While initially a little unusual, it impacts not at all on your stay. This wouldn’t preclude us from renting here again.

We had a great week exploring Paris from Alexandre's place. The description is accurate. It is surprisingly quite area for being so close to great dining and shops. The building is old and as such sound does travel from other suites. We enjoyed wine on the balcony in the sun (nice that it gets afternoon sun). Bernard welcomed us and gave us some tips on some things to see and local recommendations were in the suite along with some welcome treats!. We would stay again without hesitation.

The view alone is worth it. Going to sleep and waking up with a view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower is something we will miss. The apartment itself is stylish, clean and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. The beds were cozy and the apartment has everything you need. The kids were very excited about the round spinning chair :) The location is great. La Defense neighborhood has everything you could want - cafes, bakeries, stores, boutiques. You can get to the center in about 30 minutes by metro. Communication with the hostess Janine was smooth and easy. Always on touch, always ready to help. If you are lucky enough to find this place available - book it. Paris is a miracle and this apartment makes it even more magical.

Françios was a fantastic host! He was incredibly communicative in the days and weeks leading up to our trip and left no questions about how to access or find the place. The apartment is in the perfect location: very close to two metro stations, accessible to the main strip (while free of much of the noise and foot traffic), and with plenty of food and coffee. The apartment had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable with plenty of additional amenities! It’s clear it was all laid out and designed with guests in mind. We’d highly recommend this location and will be back for our next trip to Paris.

Extremely special place! You can’t go wrong here, exactly as pictured and excellent location. Very comfortable bed. The flat is well maintained and has beautiful lighting and art.

Thierry a été réactif et attentif pendant tout notre séjour, il a su nous donner de bon conseils. le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier typique de Paris, proche du canal Saint Martin, des transports, des restaurant et commerce. l'appartement et confortable, aggreable, et bien équipé. si nous repassons sur Paris ça sera chez Thierry 😊

The space is immaculate and vibrant with French history. It is as described and the same as in the photographs. The street is a busy one, but the inside of the yard is quiet, great for light sleepers. Pascal and Anne were kind and shared many recommendations for sights and getting around Paris.

I loved the decor, the shower was huge, the bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect! I would come back to this place every time I'm in Paris.

Lieu beau, tranquille, Hélène et Martial sont très accueillant tout en nous laissant en autonomie, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Petit dej fait maison, feu de cheminée, jolis village. Vraiment super !

Our second time at Stephane's listing. The apartment was close to Disneyland Paris, it's a perfect option if you plan to go there.

The apartment is exactly as warm and cozy as shown in the pictures. It’s in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and within 30 minutes you can easily reach top attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Tuileries Garden, and the Louvre. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. The guest room was spotless, equipped with smart devices that perfectly suit young travelers, and the bathroom was spacious with a full set of high-quality toiletries. One of my favorite features was the large balcony where you can relax in the sun and even catch a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. Catherine and her family are incredibly thoughtful and communicative hosts. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt very welcomed and cared for—from before I arrived to the day I left. Catherine offered detailed advice about transportation, reminded me about the weather, and even prepared a warm dinner for me when I when I arrived late at 10 p.m.—it truly felt like coming home.

Wir suchen immer Unterkünfte, die das Besondere, das Außergewöhnliche haben. Hotels und Zimmer, die sich einander gleichen wie ein Ei dem anderen gibt es wie Sand am Meer. Bei Josette hat man das Gefühl, in einem kleinen Museum zu übernachten. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht in ca. 15 Minuten den Bahnhof Sens, von dem aus man direkt Nonstop mit dem SNCF bis nach Paris fahren kann. In der Nähe (30-60 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es viele historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wenn man Gast von Josette ist, sollte man sich das tolle Abendessen auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Trditionelle französische Küche in Perfektion, uns hat das mehrgängige Abendessen hervorragend geschmeckt, schade war nur, dass wir an 2 Tagen nicht bei Madame essen konnten, da wir längere Ausflüge unternommen hatten.
