There is a shower room on the ground floor. The historic town of Melle is just 4km away with a choice of supermarkets/restaurants etc. The gite itself is very private with a beautiful swimming pool, garden and eating area. Ample parking, and central heated, the gite is available all year round.

Come and rest cool in the countryside in a tranquil setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40m². A large room of 30m² with bedroom area, seating area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Independent entrance and easy and free parking in front of our house. Close to the center, its amenities , hiking trails and the church of Saint-Hilaire (UNESCO).
