Casa Loica

Take a break and relax at the foot of the Llaima volcano. La Tiny has a thermo-panel vent and a wood-burning stove. We are 5 minutes from the village (2.5 kilometers) and 15 minutes from the park (15 kilometers exactly). In a totally rural setting, but close to all the town's amenities. The plot is 5,000 square meters with two small, well-separated cabins. We have a small forest at the entrance and a stream in the back (where you can swim if you're brave).

Cabin built in 2023, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Beds: 1 of 2 squares, 3 of 1 square, 2 of 1 1/2 square; futon of 1 1/2 square. Heating with slow burning stove (wood included in daily cost); all thermopanel windows. Hot water with electric thermo. Cost of the tinaja is apart and the value is $30,000 per day. The Tinaja must be requested one day in advance, due to the preparation time, it can be used after 6:00 pm on the requested day.

We have 1 separate cabin to enjoy nature and the tranquility of the south. We are located in the "Kutralkura" Geological Park (a volcanic slag tongue) with a descent to the Turful Truful River, private trails, access to the Geopark slag, an 8-minute drive from Conguillío National Park and 45 km from the Icalma and Laguna Icalma International Pass. From our plot you can have beautiful views of the mountain range that forms Sollipulli.

Roca Volcán Cabin

Enjoy our cabin surrounded by beautiful greenery. A perfect place to disconnect, located just 700 meters from Melipeuco (towards the Conguillio National Park and 10 minutes from its entrance), very close to the main attractions of the area such as waterfalls and forests. Pool enabled mid-December - March. The land has 2 properties, (the cabin, and my house, which I use occasionally). Both are distributed over 3,000 m2.
