Places to stay in Melides

I would recommend the place to anyone! It was amazing, very clean, close to everything and the host were wonderful.

Very nice stay at Casa Pescador. Was exactly as described and comfortable for 2 couples. We primarily used UBER to get around and didn’t have any issues. There is a washing machine in premise, but it does not have a drier. Not a problem as around the corner was a nice laundromat called Cotton Club that had driers which worked perfectly. The only thing I wish we had known was the number of steps to this unit as my wife recently had knee replacement. The in-site staff were fantastic.

We loved our stay at Gonçalo's place. Beautiful, tranquil and chic, the space was the perfect hideaway for our vacation in Comporta. Close to all the beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The large, lofty and airy space is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, lovely furniture and small touches. The large eating and many sitting areas inside and out offered lots of options to lounge, relax, read a book or nap. Notably, Gonçalo is a cool and interesting guy. He gave us insider recommendations for hidden beaches we would have never discovered on our own. A special treat was Gonçalo's assistant Inês who made our stay incredible. She welcomed us warmly, took care of small requests, offered advice on local restaurants, and even hand picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Thank you Inês for making us feel at home! Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a chic and designer space in Comporta.

Michaels place was home away from home. It had everything you would need. I stayed for a month and felt comfortable there. There were loads of pantry items and food that Michael stocked before i arrived, so that was super handy after a long travel day. Theres an Auchan and Lidl close by as well as other mini markets which mean grocery shopping was easy. Theres also a few cafes, bars and restaurants nearby but i was never disturbed by noise which was great. You’re on the ground floor so its super easy in case you have loads of luggage or want to quickly pop out. The location is quite close to a metro and other public transport. All in all the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Would recommend and would stay again.

OMG we had the most fabulous stay in Lisbon, our hosts Ines & Antonio were the best hosts the apartment had everything you needed and it is so gorgeous with so much history and in the best area to get everywhere, We received such accurate and thoughtful communication from our hosts they explain everything to you before checkin, The apartment is on the 4th floor but we didn’t mind at all as it’s worth staying there because it’s such a great apartment, You know you are staying at a fabulous Airbnb when the host communicates so well with information about getting from the train stayion or airport etc and as a extra bonus leaves milk , butter , fruit and beautiful fresh rolls in the apartment upon your arrival ! Honestly this apartment and hosts are the best we have experienced on air bnb thank you so much Ines & Antonio, We highly recommend the apartment you will not regret it at all it’s your own little home in Lisbon , so close to fabulous restaurants and public transport.

Great location and super clean home! It provided everything we needed. The rain shower was great after a long day. Lots of wonderful restaurants a short walk away, as well as the ocean and the fun of the Chiado neighborhood. It felt super safe and secure, and Maria was very helpful and communicative. Our only qualms were that the bathroom sink didn't drain well, and the washer ruined some of my clothes (could have been the detergent or setting though.. or user error!!) Would absolutely stay again!

This location was probably the best airBnB we have ever booked. Everything was accurate in the description, nothing overstated, and everything worked. You don’t often find such a well taken care of place in such a location, and the garden outs this location over the top. Add in great hosts who welcome you into their home and the place felt like home for our entire stay.

Teresa is incredibly nice and helpful Beautiful and cozy apartment in the middle of old Sintra. Within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes which was ideal. We came to Sintra to climb in the nearby climbing area, so often had to drive out of town. It is not the easiest roads if you are not used to steep and narrow roads and it was exciting every time if we could find a parking space at the property, but it always worked out. We really enjoyed our time in Sintra.
