We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

David was very responsive throughout the process. He sent me a video showing the condo and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. I communicated that we would arrive early and there was someone waiting for us to let us in and show us around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. I highly recommend David’s condo!

Very nice apartment with a lovely garden, just right for a short getaway with friends or family. Davide is very friendly and helpful. He couldn’t welcome us in person but the self check-in went very smoothly as he gave us clear instructions and everything was well organized. He’s easily reachable in case of problems and also regularly checked if everything was okay. A minor inconvenience was that our bedsheets were still damp from the washing when we arrived, but he told us one day before that this was the case and also told us where we could find extra blankets (we eventually helped ourselves with the hairdryer :-) ). Everything else was perfect, in the flat you can also find a list with recommendations on restaurants and activities that was very helpful. We would always come back! :)

Nila Elite Luxury and spectacular Como Lake views

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

Lina was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I did fall ill the first night and she helped me sort out meds for me and basically saved my holiday, I’ll be forever grateful. The apartment is lovely and the view is amazing. We stayed here with our two young kids 6 and 8 and had a great time.

Very good stay with Rossana and Roberto. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped (good quality bedding too). Quiet while having quick access to areas to visit. Absolutely beautiful view!!! And for access by car to the rental: yes it is narrow on the last meters but quite doable. A big thank you to Rossana for our exchanges: messages always very friendly and always available if needed.

We had a great few days at the house. Great kitchen with good amenities. Games and TV are all impeccable and up to date. Communication was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, a lot is only open in May (train to the Alp Salei, Bergbeiz,...) but we still had a very nice time. Thank you very much

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

We had great days in Birgitt's place, the apartment is super sweetly decorated, is in a great location and has a beautiful courtyard. Everything was sparkling clean. The location is great - everything is easily accessible by car. As the icing on the cake, Birgitt has a great list of sights, restaurants and cafes in the area. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Sara’s beautiful home , was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of lake Como. Everything we needed was provided . Parking at the property needs some great skills but there is free parking available outside. The area is very quiet and great for walking.

Mauro is a warm and friendly man and a great host. He took time to meet us and help with luggage which we appreciated very much. At the house he showed us about and made sure we were feeling at home before he left. The house and the views are incredible and we didn't want to leave. Mauro kindly helped us with our suitcases when we left as well. It felt like staying at the house of a friend and we enjoyed it very much.

We had a memorable stay. We had a very nice vacation at Maria Antonietta's. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was filled. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. A charming and peaceful spot in Brunate. Carlo and his family are so friendly and welcoming, we cannot recommend this place enough. Located very high up, providing the most incredible views. Only a 5 minutes walk away from the funicular with easy access to Como, the bonus being that you can purchase your return ticket from Brunate, and on return from Como, do not queue in the huge line! Just walk straight into the station as you already have your ticket. The apartment is very well equipped and we loved the decor, an old Italian charm. The gardens are so well kept and you can see that Carlo really puts in a lot of effort. There are plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink in Brunate, we could not try them all but they are mainly very well rated. We would definitely return, we can imagine that in changing seasons the views are magnificent, We would especially love to return in Autumn. For us, we would not even consider staying in Como, Brunate is a far more relaxing escape!
