Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Nice guest house located in Asserbo 4 km north of Frederiksværk, with 2 km to the beach in Líseleje, which is a traditional seaside resort that offers many activities and restaurants. It is 5 minutes to the protected dune and heather area of Melby pasture, with a fantastic nature for great experiences, with many hiking, running and cycling routes. A few minutes' walking distance to many good restaurants for every taste. There are electric kettle hobs so you can make yourself a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate after a lovely walk.

Recharge your batteries in this beautiful cottage, located in idyllic surroundings at the end of a cul-de-sac. The ducks come to visit the scenic garden and with a lovely terrace and only 2 km to the beach, there is a good setting for outdoor life. The house is not far from Liseleje with the beautiful beach, Melby and Hundested harbor, which allows you to experience good food, art and fishing for crabs. Note: Guests must bring linen and towels. For an additional fee, a linen package can be rented.

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
