We were not able to stay because of work. But Nathalie was a perfect host

The place is ideal for families in a peaceful residential area with no sound of traffic. The apartment is adequately furnished, the shared pool was perfect for my kid. Everything else is a short tuk tuk ride away. They also gave us complimentary bicycle with helmets and locks, so ideal if you want to ride around. There is a friendly dod on the property. By 9 pm its super peaceful to snooze. If i come back, i will surely stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! The space is practical and simple, yet incredibly cozy and affordable. Although it was a new listing with no reviews, I felt completely at ease trusting it, thanks to the hosts’ prompt and detailed communication. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience seamless. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and the location was ideal. It’s easy to catch a Grab or Bolt, and just a short walk to the train station (max 10mins). 7-11 is just beside the entrance and also a short stroll to jodd fairs night market (5mins) and some malls.. plus it’s conveniently located near the Klook meet-up point for our tours, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and value! Thanks for accommodating us ❤️

The host is responsive and the facilities are good value for money. The location is T1, so it's inconvenient compared to T2, but it's convenient because there are grocery stores and shopping malls within a 5-minute walk.

Mary’s home is a superb place to stay in Bangkok. Mary and her friends were incredibly gracious and attentive, always ready to answer all our questions with warmth and patience. The place was so cozy and got everything you could need, and the view outside the window is just like in the photo. There are plenty of food options right downstairs, and it’s within walking distance to the EmSphere mall and the BTS station. Definitely recommend to all :)

Had a lovely time here. We thought the house was so beautiful and worth a visit. Looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very nice. The only negative was there was some construction nearby so it was a little bit loud in the mornings, but this isn’t their fault. We would recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back!

I feel like i was at Home.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

We stayed for Songkran, which was only booked for the first night. But when we came to stay and didn't want to go back, the place is very spacious, very private. The view of the sea is beautiful. Watch the sunset every day. There are 3 bedrooms and another extra room to sleep in. The living room is spacious and fully equipped with a full kitchen. Very good value for money. I like it.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

Roland was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. The location was truly something special, with access to a secluded private beach that felt like a hidden paradise. The entire team on-site was exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone considering a stay in Koh Chang. It’s a slice of paradise with top-tier hospitality

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

I suppose it’s one of the best locations in Pattaya, 2 minutes to the beach, wide ranch of facilities. High floor, amazing view

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Great stay at Crystal Beach. Super Pool and beach. Quiet place, great for small family. Will stay again.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Thao was a super host to us for sure. She was always responsive, accommodating, and super helpful with all the questions I've had during my stay. The place was clean, tidy and close to District 1 and look like the pictures and matched all the descriptions. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is at the center of places I need to get around. There’s always people around which provides a safe feeling. I’m on the 4th floor right next to the washer/dryer, which makes it very convenient for me. I love the fact that Manuka has been very responsive & took action from my recommendations right away. Awesome host & location. I’m happy with everything besides the little unexpected incident I had, which Manuka solved it right away. I’m glad I chose this place because it was actually better than expected.
